We asked for extra towels and were told to ask house keeping staff (that never came to our room). We asked for extra toiletries like the lotion and shampoo and was told there was none

I had to ask for blankets and towels and why the tv remote wouldnt work, the breakfast was pretty gross and there were so many people rough housing in the pool that my little one almost got hit with a football.

The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable.

I had Covid over 3 years ago, which took away most of my smell. When we turned the heat on in the room, I could smell it and it stunk. I cannot say/ describe what it smelled like, but it stunk. I asked my kids about the smell of hotel, they stated "it kind of smelled when we entered hotel. The room smelled worse, funky". So, as 'clean' as it appeared, could not feel comfortable with odor. Breakfast was okay.

Appeared to be clean. I look closely at cleanliness. I always check beds, there were NO bugs.

I could smell cigarette smoke coming from my bathroom vent occasionally. The staff did try to track down the smokers though.

Staff was courteous and friendly. I really appreciate the pet friendly atmosphere.

My TV didn't work and apparently a lot of them aren't working properly. Breakfast was good, but the sausage patties sucked. There was no chair for the desk in my room and I needed there to be one so I could sit up and do work on my laptop. Finally, the thick, heavy window curtains hang right on top of the AC/Heater. Kinda restricts the air flow

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was hot and ready when I went down at 6.

The hallways were smelly and stairways super dirty. The room itself was clean but the hallways were just gross. And the pool needs to be scrubbed. Liner was dirty. They were doing some repairs in the pool room do that may be why it was dirty. Not sure. They said they are slowly remodeling but the carpets should be cleaned.

The Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great.

The bathroom. Toilet is way too low. The tub was very slippery. And the trim looked like a 3rd grader finished the caulking and the trim. You need someone to tend to the breakfast bar. They didn't make coffee or anything after the power outage. It was still early when the power came back on.

Location. Room in general was spacious. Even though there was a power outage overnight, for several hours, the room stayed cool and comfortable.

Room and steps had a funny, foul smell when entering. Ceiling fan in room was filthy, with dirt hanging off it, like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. Light above TV in sleep area didn’t light up and where it connected to the wall looked unsafe, a fire hazard. Teen kids were running up and down the hall for three hours. When I called front desk around 10:00 pm and asked them if they could ask the kids to be quiet, the front desk person said “Yes, but quiet time doesn’t start till 10:30.” Things didn’t quiet down till 11:00, and it appeared that running up and down the halls was viewed as acceptable.

Breakfast was surprisingly very good. Room was decent. Location was close to restaurants and our next day destination, the Creation Museum.

The pool might as well have been filled with ice water. I chose this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. We didn’t even get to enjoy it. My kids lips were turning blue while in the pool. It was very uncomfortable. There was a ring of scum around the top of the inside of the pool also.

Breakfast was good but it ended so early we didn’t have time to actually eat. The staff started cleaning up while we were just sitting down.
