The room was clean and comfortable. They had great pillows. The hair dryer did not work. The batteries in the remote were dead but they gave me a new remote at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great place to get a good night sleep.

The room was dirty with napkins and paper around the beds. The pool area smelled terrible of mildew; there is no way we could use the pool with the smell.

Location was perfect for visiting family in the area.

We arrived quite late after a long journey from Canada, but we were immediately impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and our unexpectedly spacious room. Our rumbling stomachs led us to seek dining recommendations from the staff, who directed us to the Hilltop, a nearby bar-restaurant. To our delight, it offered exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere, not to mention their fantastic cheese curds! Regrettably, our early departure for a road trip prevented us from enjoying the pool in the morning. Nonetheless, given our positive overall experience, we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future!

We stayed 3 nights and the first couple nights the AC unit didn't really work correctly so our room was pretty humid and warm. The third night, there was a crowd of people running up and down the halls and also jumping around in the upper rooms. We could hear them well after 10pm and then I was woken up several times on the third night, It sounded like someone was messing with our door handle!! It may have been a mechanical issue, but still pretty scary to be woken up by that sound (several times) in the middle of the night. fyi, we didn't call the front desk regarding this as we were heading out the next morning. The stay was generally fine.

We enjoyed the outdoor pavilion to sit in and enjoy the weather. The room was large and was clean.

That the front desk guy did not let me know at check in that the hot tub was not going to be available. That was the main reason we booked that stay.

Check in person rude. Argued that my 16 year old was an adult. The descriptions were completely wrong. Baymont is written on Priceline in 2 separate choices. 1 is 4 star and 1 is 2 star. Dry misleading description of “additional seating area with tv” The outdated decor didn’t bother me. Felt like I was in Big Brother with cameras everywhere. Room was freezing when we arrived. Never went to a hotel where the room was colder than outside in winter and staff usually turns on heat.

Just an outdated hotel that will do for a short-quick overnight stay. A bed to sleep on. A dark room to sleep. A pool- but if traveling with kids- 10am to 10 pm is not welcoming and disappointing to kids since we arrived at 9. Never had such late opening hours

Tv didn't work right away, needed help to fix. Shower and bathroom had hair through it. Shower curtain was too short in a walk out type Shower so water went all over bathroom floor, needed to be little longer to work well. Jacuzzi tub looked great but was scared to use after seeing how dirty the Shower was. No ice, staff said mechine was turned off and would take couple hours before we could get ice. If we come back! We will call first and ask about all these problems. Sounded like we had tons of kids upstairs from us, having a lot of fun! So unfortunately it was very hard for us to sleep.

Room was large, staff came and fixed tv fast and ice mechine or said the ice mechine was fixed but it was too late for us, so we couldn't have ice with our drinks that night. Overall i was really excited to see the Jacuzzi then crushed because so many problems that didn't want to even try it and find out the bad it might have too.

The web site said that had a pool and a hot tub well when we checked in we went to the room and Got changed to come to the pool just to go right away to the pool just to find out that the pool had just been closed for "maintenance " and our last night we were so looking forward to chilling in the hot tub to find out that the hot tub was completely empty and poorly taped off .

The room sizes were okay and we did get ajoining rooms which was good for the kids.

Hotel unilaterally changed booking to one bed at higher price without telling us or giving us a receipt. Receptionist tried to convince my wife to take the cheaper room at the higher rate. They charged more than the total price by including a charge for the safe. I've never before had an innkeeper who tried to cheat me twice on the same non-provided invoice. If you do stay here insist on a printed invoice and keep in mind he will inspect your first room and not change it if you've used it.
