Noisy refrigerator, but it did work. More variety for breakfast would be nice, but it was sufficient.

Clean, quiet, location was excellent. The service desk was quick to accommodate. A/c worked. Housekeeping exceeded our expectations. With 3 in the room requiring dress clothes and daily appointments, we didn't have time to stress towels or trash. They took care of everything.

Couldn’t get heat to get warmer and finally turned it off. Also desk lamp had a short and blinked on and off, and would not stay on.

The cleaning crew may need some retraining. The room was basically clean, but there was a ton of dust on surfaces. I actually wiped it off, myself. The bathroom and beds were fine. Also, the elevator needs some attention, some floor cleaning. The only other thing was a persistent noise, maybe from the roof ? About every half hour, there was a strange clanking. It eventually stopped and didn’t recur overnight or in the morning.

This Baymont is a wonderful improvement from a few years ago. Everything is remodeled, beds are comfortable and the price is great. It is conveniently located - close to Lincoln U, Capitol, downtown. Breakfast was perfectly adequate.

When we checked in, I expected a little more help from the front desk. Usually, at check-in, it's nice to get a quick introduction to the hotel from the staff - breakfast times and location, where the gym is, nearby restaurant and take-out options, vending machines, ice machine, etc. The young man helping us was the silent type. But we figured everything out on our own.

The self-serve breakfast was nice. It had a lot of options. The location was also convenient. Overall, everything was good. It was not exceptional, but I also have no complaints. It was decent value for the money. It was clean. And we saved money on breakfast by eating the hotel's breakfast each morning.

Did not have the outlets to plug your phone in directly. Bring your plug-in, however not a big deal.

Walls and bathroom appear newly and nicely remodeled. It was clean. Easy access off major highways. Breakfast also had biscuits and sausage gravy made just right!

Furniture is looking a little worn. Bathroom tub is very slippery and presents a chance for falling.

When I checked in I said the 3rd floor Then after he handed me key I said did I get view. He said no your on other side of hotel. They were not busy at all and I thought he should have moved to view room

Staff wasn’t as friendly and helpful as my July stay. Breakfast was a little sad. The biscuits were hard both mornings.

Location has easy access and is close to downtown.

Would have liked to have a hot breakfast including eggs and bacon/sausage. We have traveled a lot and there is usually a great hot breakfast including those items. The desk clerk was hard to understand. The ice maker locations are not marked and some have been taken out on some floors. You just have to hunt them down.

They had biscuits and gravy, toast, cereal, and pancakes. The pancake maker made 2 at at a time and each one is about the size of a large silver dollar. The hotel was very clean.

Breakfast could have been better with a little effort. The biscuits and gravy were okay, though the gravy was obviously a cheaper quality. No other hot options, no protein. Obviously an effort to keep costs as low as possible which is understandable, but you need to balance this against the quality of what you are serving your guests.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

I had arrived on my bicycle and was coming in from the rain after riding the KATY Trail. The gentleman at the registration desk was very friendly and helpful. He even helped me move my loaded bike up the three steps on the way to my room. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. If you are riding the KATY Trail and want to spend the night in Jefferson City, I heartily recommend this Baymont.
