The pillows on the bed were way too soft. Just a personal preference, and next time I could bring my own.

I selected pay when I arrived, however they put a hold on my account for one night, and when I arrived put a hold on my account for the full amount so in essence 3 nights on hold. And when I explained it was showing as an authorization the guest service treated me like I did nit understand me. I had show her my phone. Frustrating!!

A lot of traffic on the street going by hotel, takes a few minutes to get out of parking lot.

Great staff and breakfast! The room was clean with wonderfully clean bedding! Location was right by the Biltmore! The hotel was right near family friendly restaurants. We enjoyed our visit and plan to return.

Pulling out of the hotel parking can be quite dangerous especially for left turns. Turning right is okay at times but you will be waiting for a long time to turn either direction.

There is a gas station directly next to the hotel which is very conveinent. Staying here you are not far from downtown. I reccomend ubering downtown as parking is atrocious.

For the bedroom, would recommend you replace the chair as it is too low and not comfortable to seat in. Otherwise, everything was very good.

The breakfast was very good and good service. A little tight in the seating area though. The hot tub was very good, but the pool was a little cool.

The bathroom itself felt very dark as the bathtub install meant that there wasn't a way to provide strong lighting while within the shower. This typically isn't an issue, but there's a large difference between the ceiling of the bathroom and the top of the shower/tub insert. The fan for the bathroom was also quite loud and the blackout curtains are showing their age with a small speckling of holes.

The room was especially spacious and the access to sinks at the door to the room had very amble lighting. There was also a nice amount of storage space with hanging space, flat tabletops, and the office desk. Also, all four cardinal directions of the hotel have an access door, making it easy to get in or get out no matter where you've parked. The pillows were also especially squishy and comfortable.

Breakfast room was a little small. It was packed and people were bumping into each other. Hard to find a place to sit. But the food was good and the attendant that weekend was great. She did a great job keeping things stocked and clean.

When we first got there the bed sheets on one bed were stained, like they hadn’t been changed. When we asked for them and the pillow cases(just in case) to be switched the house keeping staff just handed us more sheets and cases and told us to change them ourselves. Seemed quite odd. But we did it. Everything else was great.

The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were wonderful. The beds are always comfy.
