Room rate was high for this type of property. I'm sure it was because of the ND football weekend.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. AC was cold. Good location...near restaurants and shopping.

Building needs better maintenance. Many light fixtures in our hall were missing the lenses. Our toilet seat was loose and missing one of the bolts. No grab bars in the shower. Porcelain tub floor was very slippery.

Internet and phone signals were very weak. Toilet rocked on the floor. Bathroom door designed so that if open, it is smack next to you when sitting on the toilet.

The location was convenient with nice restaurants nearby. Had an elevator and a microwave which I appreciated.

I'm not sure if there is anything I don't like. I guess breakfast is weak. Not much effort put into it IMHO.

Staff is mostly friendly and accommodating. Location is as good as it gets. Pretty clean and spacious rooms. Other guests are mostly friendly and respectful.

Had a hard time getting the adequate amount of towel set ups for the number of people (3) for the room, and for 2 of our 4day stay the pool was not available for use.

The room was very nice, they accommodated our pet, and the staff were extremely friendly. The cost, through the app, was AMAZING for the amenities provided.

Cords were chewed through on our phone. We moved a chair to sit closer to the desk, underneath had garbage from previous visitors. Footprint on the wall.

Really close to good dining areas. Nice hardwood floor which is nice for our pets. Beds were comfy.

Only real complaint, if one, would be the water pressure. Shower was adequate but could have been more pressure. As well as for the toilet.

the breakfast was excellent, food was warm and if not, there was a micro to warm it. There was a staff member keeping an eye on things if food got low. Room waw comfty and staff was friendly. Would go again

I put my whole of my concerns in the above paragraph!!

It was easy to find off the freeway and a large option of eating places nearby were positive things I can say. I was relieved to have a dog friendly place too. Unfortunately I found the grounds dirty and I felt unsafe. I was really glad my dog was with me. I needed to enter around the back of the building to have an easier closer walk to my room. The front desk man said very safe with lights. While that may be true there were several broken cars up on jacks. There was a man lurking in his truck out back. He was backed into the back of the lot. It was dark and 9:30 and he seemed very creepy to be hanging out there. 1 car out front had most windows smashed in!! Yikes! As for the room, good size and the towels and sheets seemed clean BUT the floor was crazy dirty. It was sticky and my socks were black just after 1 hr walking in my room before bed. The next morning after I used the shower I did not want to step on the floor in my bare feet so I used an xtra towel to stand on and scoot to my suitcase. Holy crap the towel became streaked with dirt and grime. I did end up taking it to the front desk to explain because I did not want you to think I wiped my dog, car or anything of my belongings with it. I also need to share that as I entered the room whatever double air spray etc. had been used was so so so strong. Sorry to have such a bad report but that is how things were for me. I was so relieved to see that the door lock worked well so I was ok sleeping and the TV worked fine.

The incense is incredibly strong, and the hallways are not well lit.

We paid for double rooms with 2 beds in each room for 5 people They gave us 1 room with 2 beds Management talked down to us like we were stupid Room was dirty Horrible experience
