The room had hardwood floors instead of carpet and were very dirty. My room was right beside the back outside door and disturbed me every time someone came in ex. 1:00 a.m. Door on said back door's lock was broken. Very unsafe! The morning breakfast had no choices for someone who is diabetic. Ex. Fresh fruit

My husband and I booked a room over the phone for 2 nights. Come to find out they only booked us for 1 night. So my husband goes up to the front desk and the lady says she wants $115 plus a $100 deposit. We asked where was our receipt and they sent it to the wrong email. We asked why couldn't my husband get his military discount for the $85 for the second night cause it wasn't our fault she refused when we called the corporate number they said we should have just been charged the $85. The room smelled of mold and the hot tub was green the property had litter all over the grounds. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone especially military families.

The pool could’ve been updated, it didn’t look like they used chlorine in them. There was people running up and down the halls at all hours of the nights, some of the outlets didn’t have frames.

The floors were filthy and sticky all over, i wiped the floor with a wet towel and it got soo dirty. the door squeaked the beds squeaked the fridge squeaked, the pool was cold, hot tub was broken, the whole building smelled like smoke and pets, carpet was also covered in pet hair. Breakfast was waffles muffins and toast with butter and jam for topping, not what im used to for continental breakfast, also there was no amenities in our room, had to go downstairs to ask for the soap and shampoo. Will definitely never stay again. You go cheap you get cheap ,but the quality was worse than the price.

Dirty. Mold on ceiling and walls. Rooms and amenities not as listed/shown on website. Air conditioning barely works. Walls paper thin and neighbors or those in hall sound like they are literally in your room next to you. 1-2 electrical outlets in room. Bring a multi plug in! Rooms not cleaned daily. Only after checkout. My daughter & I woke covered in bites. What little food that was prepared for breakfast was cold and absolutely unedible. No soap or shampoo and not replenished at all. Too scared to even try the pool or hot tub.

Everything was falling apart: fixtures, door locks, lights. Stained carpets and the place had a overwhelming scent of cleaner. Check in staff could not have been more bored and uncaring that we were there.

Room wasn't that clean, bath sink was clogged and the shower is kind of a curved cove and the light in it didn't work. So it was kind of dark taking a shower. The sliding door for the toilet/shower room didn't work good. It was off kilter. A couple of the other lights in the room were burned out. I ask the staff to fix some of these things especially since we were staying 3 nights. Also, there was 4 people in our room.

I don’t leave reviews. Um not a complainer. I don’t even send my food back when it’s cooked wrong. But I felt I had to leave a review for this hotel. I chose this facility because it had a hot tub. Before I completed the booking, I called the hotel and asked if the pool and hot tub were open and working. I was told they were. When we arrived, I made my way to the pool area to relax. The hot tub was just a small pool of warm water. I asked the man at the front desk why the hot tub wasn’t working. He said I needed to turn the handle/timer to turn it on. I assured him I had done that properly. He proceeded to show me how to turn the handle and insisted that the hot tub was working even if you couldn’t see any bubbles. I just couldn’t believe it. The motel was dirty. It was just not taken care of. Every room we visited was not only outdated but unclean. The hallways were not vacuumed for 3 days. I understand we live in a time where it’s difficult to get help. But I believe the management of a motel should take it upon itself to make sure at least the public, frequently visited areas are clean. it just seemed like no one really cared.

The location is excellent. Direct access to I-75 and just a short distance to a wonderful small town, Flat Rock.

Website should have specified that pool was closed permanently. Toilet broke. Water leaking into room window from outside rain. Hotel needs renovating badly. Kids next door constantly knocking on adjoining door causing dogs to bark. I wish the hotel had secured doors. Anyone could come into rear door without a key. Property littered with empty alcohol. bottles
