The floor of my tub was filled with dried up paint and had little pieces of particles stuck in there. I asked twice over my 5 night stay for it to be cleaned but with no results. I decided to put down a bath mat in the tub to stand on, so I wouldn't have to stand in the grossness. The hallways were very dirty and smelly. I killed 10 bugs in my room during my stay. Yes, I did keep count.

The outside of the building was very nice. The waffles were great. My room was one which had begun to be renovated. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

Tv didn't work. Got replacement tv. Still no good. No chair in room. Thin blanket for bed, blanket was not on the bed, on a shelf. No bedspread. Controls for shower worked exactly opposite what was displayed. BARELY warm water for shower. With 2 exceptions (wish I knew their names) staff was very unfriendly.

The property is under remodeling and it’s a lot of dust and smells bad, mold and stuff like paint. They are supposed to tell you they are doing some job and if you are agree to stay like that. I had problems sleeping because I can’t breathe because the smell and dust. Also the floor’s room it wasn’t clean

Breakfast could use some work. Lack of towels and blankets in room. I had to go get them. Shower curtain didn't stay in place causing water to soak everything including my phone. Bugs. Water pooled up at the door that leads up to second floor. No exit to get to the back parking lot. Have to walk all the way around building. Ac knobs missing

the Room was open when I got there so I didn’t try the key and when I got back at night the key didn’t work they couldn’t get one to work so they had to find an actual key so I never had a key Had to wait about 15 minutes to get into the room

I was not able to check into my room until 6:15pm, 3+ hours after the stated start of check-in. Apparently, some cleaning staff didn’t show up, so the rooms didn’t get cleaned in time. When I went to breakfast around 8 a.m., there was hardly anything left/no one was tending to breakfast. And when I tried to check out, no one was at the desk (no one was there during breakfast either), so I just left my key, hoping management would get around to cancelling my security deposit. You are going to get a lot of bad reviews about this hotel from disgruntled guests!

The person who finally cleaned my room was very nice and the woman at the desk when I checked in seemed very concerned about the check-in situation (see below).

I didn't like the fact that there was no heat in the room. My daughter had to go and buy me a space heater for the room. According to staff they were remodeling that's why there was no heat. I didn't like the fact that the hotel had roaches. I didn't like the fact that the drawer in the night stand was dirty and some medication was left inside of it. I didn't like that the refrigerator needed to be wiped out. I would not recommend this hotel on just the roaches alone. I did not like that the breakfast is frozen and they heat it up in the morning.

I liked that the Wi-Fi was free so that my granddaughter could use her tablet while she was visiting with me.

No comforter in room, only thin bedsheets. Bathroom didn't have soap. Just a bottle of shampoo and lotion was available. Place was dirty everywhere you looked.

The hotel smells of mold. The first room toilet rocked and had the smell of sewage leaking around it. The second room toilet seat was only fastened on one side. Both tubes did not drain well, so the tub filled up during a shower.

Good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to both Cracker Barrell and Applebee's along with a Wendy's.

The hotel had lots of people around the reception area and restaurant. They were non guests of the hotel. Facilities looks very outdated. Water smells. Breakfast is a mess. I saw a small cockroach in the bed.

Dirty. Hall floors peeling up. Floor in room was not vacuumed, no towels, when asked for towels, I was given two very small bath mats. My room smelled like someone just smoked a carton of 305's in there, it was horrible (even though it was a non-smoking room). They offered to bring in some air freshener, but never did. It was dingy. trash on floor in lobby. Breakfast was not good.

Gentleman at check in was polite. Bed was comfortable.

Mattress too hard, place needed a good cleaning overall. Repairs needed. Wyndham went down in my estimation because they are not caring for this building.

'Front desk service was exceptional especially since we were staying because a hurricane was coming . Billy at front desk went out of his way with all the customers to be helpful and he was patient. Plus nobody else showed up to work that morning.

We had no bath towels in our room after checking in, later went and asked for towels for the 4 guests and was given 2 bath towels & 3 wash cloths, was told that was all they had. When i took a shower the towel still had makeup on it. The carpet was dirty in the room, and felt sticky to your feet after walking on it. When we arrived a man was working in the hallway right outside our room replacing a ceiling tile or something and when the work was completed, the trash and pieces of tile and paint chips laid in front of our room door the rest of the weekend. Our room cards did not work the entire time, we had to knock to be let in our room if we left our room. Also husband was upset because there was no TV remote no where in the room.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel was chosen because of location .

The facilities don't have towels available when I ask. We found ants and cockroach in the room. The odor of humidity was horrible. They include breakfast but only have coffee, milk and English muffins. I had to disinfected the bathroom because the have mold in shower and the toilet.
