Something to improve could be, the kitchen is small and no chairs to sit to have breakfast or lunch. There is table and chairs outside the hostel but with 34 degrees and humidity and mosquitoes is not pleasant to eat outside, sometimes you can have noise people in your room who doesn’t know how to behave.

The place is clean, comfortable beds and looks really good, the location is very convenient also there’s a bus stop 2 blocks away and close to the airport. Corina is a great person who can help you if need it, friendly and talkative person.

Adding a chair or 2 in the rooms would be helpful to not have to sit on the bed. Also adding face towels for guest to bathe would be helpful. Overall the space was really clean and comfortable.

The house is excellent! Everything is new and works well! The bedroom is extremely cleaned and comfortable. I loved the coffee maker in the bedroom and the kitchen had everything that we needed. For sure I’ll be back in town and booking again.

I had a very bad experience with them, and I will never book in this hotel in the long run. I find it wrong to not respect the requirements of a stay reservation and also to refuse a refund to customers. they do not respect the customer's reservation. I book and before my arrival I am informed that they cannot accommodate me because there is no place and expressly ask me to cancel the reservation which I will be reimbursed in full. But, more than a month later they inform me that I will not be reimbursed and even worse they refuse to answer my emails even though I am not responsible you asked me to cancel the reservation. I had to go out of my way and found a hotel at 10 p.m. in a city I didn't know. You would have to review the operation of your hotel.

This was advertised as 2 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. There was no living room. What should have been the living room was the second bedroom.

There was no breakfast. The location was great since so near to the airport.

At 11:30 pm, we were sleeping, and 3 men got in the house, we woke up terrified!, especially my 91 yrs. Old Mother. As per the manager, it was a system mistake , they reserved for these people as well, and since they didn't know, they used the code provided by the company. For the rest of the night, no one could get back to sleep. Even the men left, we were not sure if they were returning , we dont.know these people! We try to contact managers, companies, etc.NO ONE RESPONDED THAT NIGHT!!! The next day finally a.lady call stating that she was the manager, she continously apologized, like that was going to chance our code. Not until the next day in the late afternoon they sent someone to change it. Now the call us apologizing once again and offering a 20% discout!!!! Are you nuts!!!! Social media and everyone will know about this horrible service, and considering legal action. This could've gone really bad, imagine sleeping and 3 men come in, I literally thought this was it for all us, and you are offering 20%!!!! Shame on you!!!! 400.00 to spend in a place that we nearly used because your mistake!!!!!! First and last time!!!!!!!
