Grocery store is just under 2 miles away so if you don't have a car, find another way. We had walmart deliver groceries to us. That worked well. There is a little mart a very short walk away for some drinks,chips,sunscreen etc but it's not a place that can help you with meals for a large family. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

This house was an incredible find. A very short walk (walk about 8 houses down and then cross the street-very short and easy) to beach. All the room we needed for our large family. Never felt like there was not enough room. Tons of extras that made you feel at home. Washer and dryer was a major plus. Great patio to hang out on in morning and evening. Very quiet neighborhood. Great communication from owner. A real gem. Couldn't have asked for more. Very satisfied.

Had to leave it and go home.

Everything was nice about this beach house. Clean, comfortable, accommodating, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Short 3 min. walk to the beach. Quaint businesses and restaurants close by. Would stay here again. Highly recommend this to future vacationers.

House is good for 7people with comfort sleeping, we were 9 so 2 had to sleep on sofa bed, which is not so comfortable. Terrace was not so big, but in the Florida summer weather you will not use it much :) . Kitchen could be better equipped, we were missing few things, also too few glasses or plates when 9 people in the house. And they left us only 4 tabs for dishwasher for 9 people/4days, could be double qty.

Very good communication with owner. Nice quiet place, walking distance to the nice beach. It has two bathrooms, also equipment for the beach. Place for parking the car. Central aircon worked well, no keys needed, access on the pass code provided.

The property is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It is only a 3-4 minute walk from the beach. The home has a beautiful back yard with hibiscus, palm, and plumeria trees. There are 6 beds- 3 twin, 1 full, 1 king, & a sleeper sofa. The garage has a washer and dryer so you can keep all of your sandy belongings outside and wash/dry them as needed. There are also lots of chairs, floats, sand toys, a beach umbrella, and even a wagon to tote it in! Oh and a big ice chest! We went with our 3 kids and our parents. There was plenty of space for everyone. Lots of food in the area and it was close to Clearwater and Largo so we enjoyed exploring those areas too.

The location of this house is perfect. Walking to the beach was easy as well as to several restaurants/ice cream shops. the little park down the street is awesome. There’s a nature walk connected to the park and we enjoyed that. Plenty of chairs, sand toys, beach umbrella. everything you need to enjoy the beach

Did not like the fact that booking.com told us we could get into the home early and when we got the cleaners were still there, yes I freaked out I have 15 people coming for dinner. Come to find out it was not the owners fault, it was booking .com's fault. The owners turned out to be very nice and helpful, also did not like getting hit with an extra $300 deposit fee. But I knew I would get it back we werent going to destroy anything.

Loved the home it was so roomy and clean and beautiful. The outside space is where we spent most of our time wished that was a little bigger. But still loved it had Thanksgiving for 15 people and we had plenty of room.

Excellent location to the Indian Rocks beach (5 minute walk), and a 15-20 minute drive to Clearwater beach. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and the house was spacious for a family of six. The hosts were very helpful.

The beach house is just as described, nicely furnished and decorated and very clean. The host was very welcoming and was available if we needed anything (we did not) 4 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

The house was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order and she had everything we needed. it’s close to everything, the beach was just a few min walk and tons of restaurants, shops and cafes were in walking distance. We are already planning another visit.

The beach was 5 minutes or less walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful. The house was amazing! Massiel was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed.
