We had a great time, this place was amazing, it was perfect for us! The private pool with the terrace is so fantastic, the flamingos, the gifts in the room, the welcome message is so so kind, 1 bottle of wine, cake and sweets on the table, mineral water and other cold food in the fridge...everything was so perfect for us. We could not have chosen a better one. We booked the best accommodation in Tampa!

The bed was a little comfortable. May need to replace mattress or put more support underneath.

It was a wonderful location and the pool was wonderful! We were traveling for a friends birthday and she was very happy with the location! If we are ever in Tampa and this location is available we will be sure to use it again!

Everything was better than described. Our party was warmly welcomed with a sign, LOTS of treats and an absolutely LOVELY space! The house was so well stocked with water bottles, snacks, breakfast, and toiletries. We would absolutely stay again and recommend.

Lovely little place with extra touches. Not only do they have everything a hotel would (towels, shampoo/ body wash/ hair dryer), you'll find some extras- closet is stocked with beach supplies- coolers, beach chairs, etc. Private pool. Location is a quiet neighborhood but very close to shopping/ restaurants. Host was very responsive. My only issue (slow draining tub) was handled immediately. Check-in was very easy, instructions were spelled out nicely.

Very clean. Accommodating host. Quick responses to our questions. Such a well stocked breakfast area complete with choice of hot items, beverages, snack items, and more. Shampoo and body wash provided. Lots of towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, even a cooler and ice packs. Private swimming pool available with the room. Relaxing to stay in; convenient for a beach day.

Absolutely nothing!

Very thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, and more. Lots of towels, stocked fridge. Even welcome brownies and fruit bowl. Pool right outside your door. Very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay there again!!

Getting to the room is a bit tricky, especially at night and with larger bags: uneven pavement, multiple doors, narrow passage beside the pool. The self check-in instructions are very detailed and accurate… still, be prepared for a little adventure :-).

Large room with pretty much everything a guest expects, clean and comfortable with place for typical needs. The breakfast is preloaded in the fridge and includes basic options to start the day. We did not use the pool, but it is literally at your doorstep - I am sure other guests would appreciate. Nice little touches make the stay more enjoyable (e.g., welcome message, liquor options).

Just a personal preference issue… I found both the bed and sofa bed uncomfortable. Others may like it, but I prefer a soft mattress.

Cleanliness. The hosts provided so many extras in the room such as fruits, wine, juice, and much more. I loved that we had independent access. The pool was a wonderful bonus.

Bed mattress needs to be replaced, tired and worn out, springs suffering metel fatigue That is the only thing we did not like, Difficult to talk by pool due to airplane noise

We never actually saw our hosts, which was fine but unusual. The bed was uncomfortable and since it was against the wall it was hard for two people to use. Could use more places to charge phones, etc.

Convenient for where we needed to be. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. Left us a nice bottle of wine.

The bed creaked a bit, and the pavers were a little loose to walk on.

The location was great, and the host thought of everything you would need for your stay! I felt very safe and would absolutely recommend this host (Shannon). I had a wonderful visit 😊
