Staff is always courteous and helpful. Very clean facilities. Second time my family has stayed here, will recommend and will be back.

I am most grateful for the complimentary wine and cheese, however, a non alcoholic drink alternative would include us non alcohol drinkers.

The breakfast was fresh with a nice variety. Location was perfect only a few steps from the boardwalk and beach. I loved the “little personal touches like wine with crackers and cheese and the warm cookies before bed and the hot breakfast to get the day started.

No biggie! But the pool water was freezing!!! Perhaps a thought of a heated pool?

The location, the amenities, the staff was paramount, Marie and Len were on point! Couldn’t do enough for us! Pleasant, sweet, knowledgeable, and above all professional! We were there for mattresses exchange date and they managed to keep us comfortable no matter what. Thank you!

The "full breakfast". It was a mishmash of leftovers thrown together in ways I never imagined. The creativity deserves applause. A simple bagel would have been better.

Overall a really good stay. The room was a nice size and location great. Bed was very comfortable. The elevator was down for a short time and quickly fixed.

The location was wonderful only about 5 minute walk from the boardwalk. All the staff was very nice the room was convenient to the elevator. It was very spacious king size bed and a couch microwave and a small refrigerator the linens were quite nice The TV was good and the few maintenance issues I had were dealt with smoothly. The breakfast in the 10:00 there's someone told me it was 11:00 but when I got down there about 1005, I was still able to get sufficient food to satisfy me. The milk was excellent as it came from the local Lewes Dairy. The juices were good, but the muffins were a little hard, though the breakfast sandwiches were quite tasty. I would definitely come back here again

The "ocean view" is a bit an exaggeration since we mainly saw the street. The sea is at the end of the street and therefore visible, but it's not really an ocean view ... The breakfast was decent, but we had expected a bit more, to be honest.

Hotel really close to the beach, very nice and helpful staff. Clean pool, good parking. The cheese and wine at 5pm and the cookies at 8pm were a nice detail.

The TV in our room was not user friendly. We tried to read the directions, and still not effective. No local channels available in the lobby while eating breakfast , or in our room. Would have appeciated Delmarva news.
