The bed were a little stiff but that’s okay the rest made up for it.

Right next to the warf and a great taco shop! You can see and hear the water with the windows open too. It was clean and the check in lady was super nice.

Bathroom looked dirty but mainly because it was so old. Needs paint and grout. We were in rom 201 and it was very noisy as it was over the housekeeping area and faces street.

Loved the location. Easy to get to beach and boardwalk.

Good location close to the beach, view of the ocean from the second floor where our rooms were located. Friendly staff, clean, easy check in and parking on site. Wifi available along with hair dryer. Good value.

The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. The furniture was a bit old, but the room itself was spacious and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short stay. The location is convenient, walking distance from the wharf and the place has a private parking lot. It's a good choice if you look for a place in this hotel category.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bathroom a bit tatty. Undesirable person walking and making noise outside the door in the middle of the night.

There is a lot I can overlook (aging of property and needing some major refresh and updates) but I draw the line at the hard surface floor not being clean. There was no visible dirt but walking bare feet for just a few minutes my feet were dark and dirty. I wore flip flops the rest of the stay. The shower valve did not work properly- if you kept turning it, it cycled from on to off. It was hard to find the sweet spot to turn it off without water still leaking. Shower Water never got hot. To torn on or off the bedside lights, you had to use the light switch by the door. If you had electronics plugged into the bedside lights and turned the light switch off, it shut power to the plugs.

The rooms, bed and amenities were cheap. They had very bright LED lights in the bathroom and near the sink, which blinds you when you turn it ON. Bathroom, bedroom everything was small.

The location was good, close to the beach and the wharf, and the area was safe at night. The rooms were OK nothing great. Parking was good and they have enough parking area.

The bars of soap need to be upgraded! An elevator would be helpful for the seniors and disabled. We were there for 6 days and the last 2 were not included in our original booking. We felt the price for the two additional days was extreme! We understand weekends being a higher price but we had been there 4days and the price nearly doubled!
