The pictures on the website didn’t do it justice. Our room was beautiful. Our view was beautiful. The lobby had a hot cocoa bar which was delicious. There was an underground parking garage which was wonderful. It was 8 minutes away from canal park. The whole stay was wonderful!

simply put, everything! such an amazing place to visit and get away from it all. from the clean and comfortable rooms to the beautiful facilities. location is perfect and the view is spectacular. the prices are great and and the accommodations are perfect. the heated garage is great in the winter. pool, hot tub and sauna were wonderful and the breakfast is perfect. staff goes above and beyond for the guests and are always pleasant.

Air conditioner was noisy during the night. There was no soap shelf in the shower (no place to put the wet soap and shampoo but on the floor).

Location to Lake Shore walk was great! Room was comfortable. Grab-n-Go breakfast worked out ok. We had a street side room but it wasn't noisy.

I wish the DVD players were already hooked up. Would be great for the kiddos to just pop a movie in without the adults wondering what to do. Office staff were helpful though! We were also confused about how to close the shades. Some instructions near the buttons would be helpful. Otherwise GREAT property that we recommend to many people!!

Beautiful setting as always with amazing staff. Love that it’s close to attractions yet quiet and right on the lake. Definitely need to get a room with a balcony for that lake experience…waves lapping in sound so serene. My favorite getaway in Duluth. Will always go back!

Clean, quiet, beautiful, and friendly staff! And just a 5-minute drive from Canal Park. I wish I’d found this place years ago! The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the remote controlled heating/cooling in each of the rooms and the ability to open some of the windows. The views of the lake were unbelievable and our suite had a private deck!

The staff was extremely pleasant. The facilities were clean and well kept. The pool loomed pleasant although we did not utilize. The smorss at the firepit was another intriguing idea that we did not participate in.

There was no breakfast at all due to remodeling and the ice machine wasn't working! So, breakfast out was an added expense we hadn't planned on!

The room was awesome - quiet, clean and spacious. The new automatic blinds are a great feature!!

It’s didn’t have a much trash bin 🗑 and also thinking if they could’ve a better face soap and hand soap and stuff. Otherwise all okay.

I just loved the lake view from my room that i booked it n I have to updated my room which has a lake view n it’s cost like $80 per day n also little expensive. But I’m so happy n satisfied that i got what i wanted n also my honey too. So, over all I’ve enjoyed the view a lot n also the jacuzzi too. I just loved it 😍

Wi-Fi was in and out.

I loved the lake front view along with the full kitchen and everything you need to cook a home meal. We are very satisfied with the customer service from the hotel, everything we needed was received. Pool, hot tub, and sauna was awesome after work and great for family with children. Also the underground parking was awesome for the cold mornings. We will stay there again in the future!

The view from our room was incredible and the sunrise was breath-taking. I could sit and soak up that view all day. The penthouse suite was comfortable, warm, quiet and clean. Jetted tub was so relaxing. The perfect getaway for our 25th anniversary ❤
