I loved the homey feel and it had more than enough room for us. We were in a great location close to everything!

The beds aren't comfortable! And they are too small. For a large family they aren't enough.

The location is perfect! The space is a good size! I really loved the cabin! This is not my first time staying in this place!

The property is well equipped. We had a small prep area with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. We needed to request some utensils. The only major issue was the shower head and water pressure in our unit. It feel like needles shooting at your skin. The head needs a clean or to be replaced.

Location is good, on the way into the village however has convenience store, restaurant, cafe and bars in walking distance. The unit itself was nice with fireplace, large bathroom, TV and patio.

The bed was made of foam and was very uncomfortable, the couch was lumpy and lopsided, you have to throw your own trash in the designated trash bin after the end of your stay, the shower was difficult to figure out at first.

It was very close to The Village and several Ski resorts. Customer service was great, the room was ready way ahead of check-in hour, you are provided with enough information about your cabin via text, and they respond really quick via text if you have questions. Room was warm for a winter getaway. Facilities are working well.

The only thing was when we used the microwave, the fuse switch popped . So we had to turn off the heater before we used it .

It was a great stay. We came up early and we were able to check in almost 3 hours before check in. Self check in, super easy. Heater, tv and jacuzzi on and ready for us.parked right in front of cabin. Close to everything needed. Definitely going back

Bed springs were not in good condition and it was not comfortable for sleep.

the karaoke place across the street was very loud. Although the noise got less during the night, we still were bothered by racing cars. Not the hotel's fault, just unpleasant

Because we arrived after 6pm, we never met a person. checking in was ok. The room was pleasant and large enough, but the mattress was too soft.

You just need to be aware this is not a real resort, and there are no ongoing services. You do not get maid service or any service for that matter while you are there. More like an Airbnb. We did not get the text to check us in, my fault. Alexander was watching the cameras while he worked, saw us wandering around, ran over, and fixed our problem. Super nice guy. Not really anything we didn't like:}

We got a cabin with bedroom, living room with fireplace. small kitchen, and bath for $40 a night off season. It was clean comfortable, and the check in and out was by phone, and no hassle. They give you a phone number to call if you have a problem.

The king size bed was hard to get into and get out for the person who slept on the lamp side of bed. There was no paper towels in kitchen snd not kitchen towels. We were told to wash all dish ware before checking out, but no drying towels were provided. The sofa in the front room was lumpy.

Although I understand furnishing to reflect the past, every room these days needs to include a desk. We almost all “work while vacationing “ unfortunately!

There were just a few minor issues-the keypad didn’t work consistently and the refrigerator didn’t stay all the way closed. Not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

The location was great and the price was right. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

I was not aware it was going to be self check in , so arriving from Australia after a long flight ( with no data or ease to call on our phone ) I had to go over to the restaurant across the street and a VERY friendly guy called on our behalf and got the auto check-in details for us , Great guy , I offered him $10 for the phone call and help , but he wouldn't accept it . For my gratitude I recommend their restaurant ( Azteca Grill Mexican restaurant )

The location of the property was very close to everything so that was very nice. Was close to lots of little shops and food places.

The bed. Bed frame was pieced together with tie wraps. Wife moved her arm and it squeaked. She didn’t sleep well.
