The apartment is huge! There were only 4 of us, and we've found Bruno's place last minute as our initial reservation got cancelled. Location is really convenient, very close to Venice Beach, extremely delicious Mexican food stand right across the street. There's an option to rent bikes from the owner, which is really convenient. Check in and check out went very smoothly, we wished we had stay longer!

This place is great especially if you want to explore Venice Beach area and Santa Monica - super close to many great restaurants, stores and to the legendary beach. If like us, you're going to LA for business, the location is very close (in LA standards) to Santa Monica business park and to Culver City business park, so it works both for business and pleasure. The owner was very nice, very responsive, no issues at all.

The apartment had more space than I expected. It could have easily slept 8 in a choice of 4 beds. The main bed was a large king size and very comfortable. 2 of the other beds were inflatable (one a very substantial double) and the sofa was also made up as a double. We only needed beds for 2 people so there was sufficient and choice. Property was in a good location. It was about 15 minutes walk to the front at Venice Beach. The kitchen was fully equippped with a large oven and gas hob plus microwave, fridge freezer, kettle etc. There were 2 good outdoor spaces too. We made use of the communal washing machine. Bruno our host was great and easy to communicate with during our stay.

Way too long and complicated instruction e-mail received about check in rules, payment, etc. If the client paid already for staying in advance, in my opinion, he needs only info on how to get the keys. That's it:) Other than that, all good.

Closed to Venice Beach, a few nice restaurants and coffee bars, also next to Wholefood Market where you can make shopping. It is located on a quiet road where you can easily park for free. We took an apartment on the ground floor from the yard side so it was quiet and relaxing.

The home was near a halfway house that made us feel uncomfortable. Our first night, one poor lady shrieked and screamed most of the night. our host was also extremely condescending. There was no mention of filling out paperwork online when we booked the place. We had to digitally give our drivers licenses to him and he told us that if we could not get into the home after 9 PM that we were not guaranteed a place to stay. Meaning that his check in was a four hour window and that if you did not hit it, you were out of luck. this was quite upsetting as we traveled five hours in a car wondering if we would have a place to stay when we arrived. When we met our host on Saturday morning, he made it very clear that he was frustrated with the foreigners who tried to rent his place because they didn’t understand his instructions. It was also clear that customer service was not his number one priority.

it was a fabulous location, Whole Foods, a great coffee bar, and Mexican food all near by.

Clean, comfortable beds, upgraded apartment, decorated nicely. Well stocked with supplies, thought of necessities. Free street parking, nice outside gated yard area with BBQ & deck. Bruno was very nice and accommodating, making us feel very comfortable.

Make sure you are okay with a number of rules before booking like you cannot take any unregistered guests on the property.

Prime location and a spacious house. The balcony was really nice to relax. Bruno was very helpful and provided late checkout as well.

nothing major to complain about. the only thing I would say is that it is more of a large 2 bedroom with the 3rd “bedroom” being part of a large living room and separated by a curtain. worth considering if 3 private bedrooms desired.

The cleanliness. The furniture needs serious updating, it was outdated and old but functional. In the main room the mattress had a crazy stain. No bed bug covers or any kind of protection. You could tell all the furniture was just a collection of items put together to make the house functional. Very basic for the price you're paying. ALL the dishes were dirty or filmy or had food crusted over. We had to wash everything before using it. A lot had seen better days. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. For six people and 3 day/2 night stay. I looked in every single closet and cabinet and could not find replacements. It was late night when we ran so didn't bother to contact host for more toilet paper. We had to use napkins and tissues we had on hand. For the price paid would of expected more.

The host was very nice. The place is very spacious and kitchen appliances were great. Nice grill in the yard. The outside area is nicely set up. It was centrally located. Near great restaurants and the beach. Whole foods a block away. Good for bigger groups.

No door separating shower/tub from hall leading to toilet and closet area. No view or nice garden in patio area. Sofa sleeper mattress needs replacing. Strict rules upon registration but poor follow up communication including errors in financial calculations making us spend hours while on vacation trying to clarify.

Excellent bathroom facilities with jacuzzi tub and luxury shower. Large closet and location with stores across the street, restaurants and beach nearby.

Venice itself has quite a mix of people. The property is located on a street with some lovely houses but a run-down motel across the street with some "characters" hanging around out front. On the other hand it's very close to Whole Foods for groceries and many other stores. Short drive to the beach.

Property was overall very pretty. Decor and space but the cleaning could be better. Some things like the kitchen and bathroom, could use a deep clean. Also sheets, comfortors, pillow (even throw pillows) were clean but old and dingy with stains.

Loved the location. Walkable to everything, 15 minutes to the beach and within 10 minutes or less to groceries and good food.

the room is a bit outdated. the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, it kind of dipped in the middle. there was dog hair in the closet, not sure when it was last vacuumed. for the price we paid, we would have liked a more updated place. location was nice but I really wasn’t sure how close we were to the beach as we went to DTLA most of the trip. walkway from the gate to our room was very dark, we needed to use our flashlight to find our way, but once it got late enough there were like Xmas lights that would come on to light up the walkway.

we had easy time parking near the house most of the time in the neighborhood. private room with entrance away from the house. outside gate with key entrance to enter the property. it was a cozy room with a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, 2 sinks and walk in closet. very cute welcome basket with some snacks, treats and a bottle of wine. owner was accessible via text once I got his phone number. very cute patio furniture outside the room entrance. very cozy with fireplace. nice stay for 2.

New bed sheets- these weren't the cleanest or most comfortable bedsheets. Would have been a perfect stay if they property had a dining table/chairs- It was too cold to be outside so we had to eat on the couch most meals. The owner was lovely, but sometimes felt like he was creeping around the back.

Perfect location a 20 min walk from the beach. Beautiful property and lots of privacy. Huge, luxurious bathroom and kitchen had all the necessary facilities. We had a lovely, problem free stay

probably that i did not like it, it was that when we arrived, it did smell like humidity inside.

The place itself is very comfy, there is everything you need, even to wash your clothes. Many dishes, if you want to prepare your own food or even a barbecue. There are many restaurants and bars pretty close from it. places where you can buy groceries and food. Even close from where you can rent a bike and go to the beach. Practically was everything perfect.
