The room came with a full kitchen (cooktop), however there were zero supplies. Nothing to cook in ( i.e. pots and pans), nothing to cook with (spoons/spatula/ can opener), nothing to eat or drink with (cups/ plates/ silver ware). Just the basic paper cups for coffee. Unless you are aware of this and bring your own cookware (and who does this...?), you either need to go and buy these things or the room, as advertised, is useless.

Only complaint was that the room had a musty type odor. They say no smoking but I think people may have smoked in my room prior.

Overall it was a good deal for the price. I have stayed here before and felt it was a good value. The location is good, although slightly hidden. There is shopping and restaurants nearby.

They have kitchenettes in the rooms but don’t have the cooking supplies available without needing to buy in the market place. They also don’t have an ice machine, but have ice machines in the rooms.

The first night the lobby was extremely loud. We were close to the lobby and guests were allowed to scream and cuss and be very loud until after midnight. Also, my husband was told he would get a discount for his employment. The person who checked us in said he couldn’t because we pre booked on booking.com. we over paid for 3 days by over $90. Then he charged us an extra $60 for a pet fee, which he could have waived due to us overpaying. We booked a fourth day at $90, that could have been waived since we over paid by $90. they made no attempt to honor the discount for us because they already had our money. they didn’t work with us at all. that was a true disappointment.

The hotel had no breakfast available but there were restaurants nearby. I would stay here again. It was a very nice clean room with helpful staff at the front desk. The only problem was that we were near the front desk and it was noisy at times.

Cleanliness, size of rooms for price and location

We stayed in room 301. Upon entering the room there was a very unpleasant odor. I called down to have the room changed and unfortunately there were no other rooms available. The gentleman working the front desk did try to eliminate the problem however just using deodorizer didn’t help much. Also the door lock didn’t work from the inside and the bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall. We did address the issue with the manager and was told it would be fixed ( after we left). Also, there are never any handicap spaces to park and the vehicles that are parked in them do not have a handicap sticker. I think that needs to be addressed.

We use this hotel every time we are in the area. We really like it and they always address a problem if/when it arises. Good location. Lots of places to shop and eat. Friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly.

The outside of the property could use some TLC. The shrubs and trees are very overgrown and sticking out into the walkway ( trip hazard). There was also someone parked in a handicap space with no handicap tag and I had to park far away and walk. Sidewalk is also uneven another tripping hazard.

Lots of stores and places to eat. The staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Aside from a few minor outside issues it was a great stay!!

The first problem was the room smelled like smoke that had been attempted to be cleaned. So it had that lingering ozone smoke treatment odor. This is largely because of the current clientele being the local construction workers staying there full-time. The hotel has to charge and enforce the smoking fine every time or it will continue to happen. The second problem was there was dust in the corners and on the less-often cleaned surfaces like the lamp, clock, end table, phone, etc. The third problem was the USB power plugs did not work, which normally isn’t a big problem but we did not have a wall adapter so we could not charge our phones. Most modern hotels have this standard so when it doesn’t work, it becomes a small deficiency.

The place was big enough and relatively new, well appointed, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, fridge stove and microwave were all good. The sheets were clean and the A/C worked. The property, in general, was in decent condition.

VERY limited parking. I had to park on the lawn and check with staff to be certain they wouldn’t tow. The location is shoehorned in with no street parking near by. They should make an agreement with nearby businesses for overnight parking when they are full. 5-6am very loud, but somewhat expected because of the type of property. It quieted down again once the workers had gone into work.

Check-In staff couldn't figure out that I paid through Booking.com, despite me showing them the paid for reservation, and tried to charge me again. Said I'd have to wait for manager to come in 15-30 min later. I wasn't pleased as we had just arrived on a redeye and needed to get ready for a funeral. She came back 10 min later and had figured it out, but tried to blame me for the lack of coordination of their system. When I explained to them that it's not my job to teach them how to find their business partner's info in their accounting system, they were rude. Also, housekeeping only comes every 4 days as it's an extended stay hotel.

When checked in, 1st room had bugs on the wall. Changed the room, the 2nd room had toilet flush not working. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Could not sleep well.

There were bed bugs. My daughter had bikes on her torso, and woke me up at 1:30am to show me, which is when we saw them on the pillow and sheets. We informed the front desk and were told our option was to wash all our clothes in the laundry at their expense and be given another room, which we moved to at 2:30am. The next morning, there was a housecleaner fixing up the room with bed bugs and she had not been informed that there was a report of beg bugs so she was not taking any precautions. During check-out, I asked for a refund of the $120 room cost and was told the General Manager would reach out the next day. She didn’t. I called and she told me that (1) they have policy of no refunds for such incidents and (2) guests at times claim bed bugs when there aren’t any. That was it. This, after us not being asked for the photos or videos of the bugs or my daughter’s bites. So I won’t be back and do not recommend.
