The lock ok our room needs to be fixed it was annoying to not be able to open our door

The owner was a little crabby at times. He spoke very sternly to my adult daughter when she was looking for me. Also there was never enough toilet paper . We asked more than once for more . When we couldn't find anyone at the desk I had to go into an empty room to get some . Also the person cleaning the room could have done better . All of this was shared with the owner

Breakfast was great the first day but went down hill from there. Example : the fruit bowl on Sat had 2 types of melon , blueberries and strawberries. By Mon all the was left was melon. Tue they threw in a few blueberries. But it was clearly the same fruit bowl from Sat.

Can be a bit confusing at first as there are several different buildings encompassing a block size area. You check in and out of one location and are escorted to your building, pretty easy once you understand.

Good location, quiet, safe area, free parking and breakfast, extremely nice court yard behind the buildings with seating thru out, centrally located between the several buildings the are part of the establishment.

Breakfast was very lovely . Wide variety of foods, fruits pastries and gluten free options. The chef was very accommodating and pleasant!They had nice music playing and one could eat inside or out!

I had no info about wi-fi. The breakfast was great although I forgot where to go! Third floor was a hike for an old lady. Bed was comfy. Wish there had been info about Newport in room. The desk clerk carried my bag upstairs. Very nice. I would stay here again.

The windows were a little drafty but that wasn't anything too bad considering it wasn't the dead of winter or anything (and I'm pretty sure it was more user error with the AC/Heating unit than anything). The walls were a bit thin, so beware that sound travels, but they have signs (at least on the door of the room I stayed in) informing you of that.

Very easy to find. Free parking within walking distance to all of the sights around Newport. Beds were comfortable, food was great, and the design of the space was unique and inviting.

Our room was a little bit too warm and when I adjusted the thermostat, it didn't seem to do anything. It was a small issue because the evenings were pretty chilly outside so it was okay to be warmer rather than too cold.

Location was perfect- walkable to restaurants and shops. Our room was comfortable and quiet (until the window rattled during our last night). Nice to have a fridge in the room and water bottles every day. Convenient to have a simple breakfast each morning.

Our door was hard to lock & at one point the whole door knob came off in our hand. We had to go downstairs to the front desk to get some help.

The location & the room was comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was also kind enough to help bring my bag up the 2 flights of stairs.

Regular rooms are very small

We were there for Audrain's Motor Week and the location was a short walk to everything. My room, a suite, was excellent, bur friends regular rooms were very small, go for the big room. Breakfast was great!

It was raining and there was no mat in the entry. So we had to put a bathroom towel down. That was my only complaint
