Did not understand how to get checked in as booking.com did not explain. Expected a lobby/check-in counter, there isn't one. Must get codes online to enter property and room. Once we understood and got the codes, it worked out fine. Was temporarily concerned about the meaning of 'Adults Only', but saw that the property doesn't have facilities for children (the pool area is not fenced). We had a superior king room. Bathroom had no counter space for personal effects. Furniture was quasi ~50's and a little rickety/ couch fabric a little grimy, bed was soft but provided comfortable sleep. If you like fancy modern facilities this is not the place for you. If you like quirky old-fashioned charm you might enjoy a stay here.

Pleasant small refurbished hotel and grounds. Mature landscaping with lovely scented flowering trees and plants. Felt secluded, quiet, far away from traffic & noise. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi in the evening. Superior King Room had patio with table/chairs at the room's front and back doors. Our room's front patio faced the pool/jacuzzi grounds. The back door patio opened onto an artificial grass mini-golf alley. Clean room, clean thick bath towels, pool towels provided. Would stay again. A lovely change from traditional hotels.

The rooms can use an upgrade. The sheets, towels and AC. Some rooms can use a major deep clean. Parking can be an issue if you arrive late at night.

Bathroom door hinges were very squeaky. Needs a bit of oiling. Our stay was 7 nights. The original two coffee pods didn’t last long. Neither did the 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. But when asked, staff provided more of both.

The bed does need to be replaced, it is incredibly soft and worn in on one side. If my partner had been there with me I think we would have found sleep to be difficult due to the mattress quality. In the rooms without the kitchen it would still be nice to have some cutlery in the room.

A very spacious and clean room. I was surprised with having f both a front and back patio. I loved how quiet the property was and almost feeling like I had the place to myself. You’re right next to the downtown area which is really nice. The price vs the value is great, especially for the area! The gentlemen working in the afternoon was very friendly, I believe he was different from the person I spoke to early in the morning. Their texting service was prompt with any requests.

there was no reception desk for check in, It had to be done on line with a driver's license photo and credit card attached to get in the motel gate. A little bit over whelming if your not computer savvy I wonder how customers who maybe don't have cell phones or tablets with them can access the motel A wonderful place though, but I'm questioning if I'd stay again because of the on line check in access policy.

Our mattress was in need of replacement. Literally you would feel like you were in a hammock. The center of the mattress was completely swayed.

Poor quality fixtures and fittings in the room, coffee machine with only one filter, no instructions for the A/C. Only one aging sun-lounger for our double room. Bathroom sink and vanity unit showing its age. All for “chaby chic” but it felt a bit more like “bric-a-brac” style.

Had a couple minor issues (e.g., wrong gate code, broken hair dryer, needed coffee), but the staff always responded very quickly. Housekeeping didn’t come during our 3-night stay so get extra coffee or towels if you need it. The TV was really dark, even though we increased brightness, but it was not a big deal.

Loved the hot tub and pool - had it to ourselves every time we enjoyed them! Lovely, well-maintained grounds with nice mountain views. Our room had a kitchen which was really nice. Staff was very responsive.

The guy that checked us in told us we could have a late check out so we could stay at the pool. That day a different guy was there and said we couldn’t have it that he had a guest arriving soon. We were able to use the hotel fridge to keep our food in as we stayed at the pool the rest of the day. I felt he wasn’t being honest about it. We stayed at the pool until 5pm and of course no one checked into the room. Very disappointed with this. We had to keep using bathrooms where the house keeping was still cleaning. Would have been nice to still have access to the room as there was hardly anyone staying there at that time. Other than that we enjoyed this property.

We really like small boutique hotels especially adults only! When we were there the pool was quiet all you could hear was the music. Room was nice with a comfy bed. WiFi was strong. Enjoyed the front patio and the view of the property. We didn’t use the back patio. Parking was good always found a place.

The king bed in the room was just two full size beds pushed together which was a little wonky. The heater/AC system made these loud clacking noises all night long and adjusting the temperature proved difficult. The canned music being played by the pool seems unnecessary.

The room was modern and exceptionally clean. The grounds were kept immaculately manicured and the pool/spa were both very clean. The pool was kept at a very comfortable temperature. Loved all the greenery growing throughout the grounds.

The room was really cold, we didn’t realize we had to use the plug in heater for heat. We could have used more shampoo and soap and some napkins and plastic silverware.

The bed was too soft and offered no support. The kitchen lacked some basic items (like a baking sheet or a corkscrew).

Room could use a full length mirror and some hooks or something to hang wet swimsuits and towels on to dry. They gave us only 2 coffee pods for coffee in the morning and one was decaf. These are small things that make the stay more comfortable. The bed was fine. For the price, I think we could find accommodations with a little better attention to the small things.

Room looks outdated, bathroom cupboard and sink very old and dirty which is not the end of the world but something that added that unclean feeling of the room in general. Bed very soft so just keep that in mind.
