Very nice, clean small hotel, centrally located and close to typical tourist attractions, easily reached on foot or by public transport. The third avenue where the hotel is located should be avoided because of the many drug addicts around.

What I didn’t like about Seattle was the homelessness & people doing drugs on the streets. Total turn off, I don’t think that I will ever visit again.

The Airport shuttle was canceled and the reason was the international phone number that the driver was not sure to be able to reach.

Not the hotel’s fault! Seattle is a city and like many cities, it has homeless people. The neighborhood is improving but still shows signs of overnight graffiti and trash. We returned to the hotel after dark but did not feel unsafe.

The hotel is easy to find, clean and comfortable. There are bicycles to check out and the rooftop deck is a wonderful place to relax. The staff is very helpful, they even have suggestions for restaurants. The location is close to the jazz venue. The building feels safe and secure.

There was a park opposite where homeless people congregated to play the street games outside. They were not troublesome but felt a bit uneasy sometimes when walking. Rooms were very small with two large suitcases.

Our only problem was the limo service to the hotel. We felt we were cheated, because the price we were quoted and the price we had to pay were quite different. We would have made other arrangements.

Like any large city, Seattle has a significant homeless population, which makes walking trips outside the hotel disconcerting. The high volume of cruise ship guests means that the lobby is hectic on Saturday as arriving guests wait for rooms to be checked out and cleaned before they can move in.

This is a cute little property just a few blocks from the cruise line piers and within walking distance of a number of nice restaurants. The rooms were small but comfortable and staff are responsive to guest requests.

what we were charged for our accommodations at Belltown INN was unfair. Almost $250 a night. Booking.com's listing stated $152 or $169 total. something went terribly wrong

The location was Great! Unfortunately our room rate from Booking.com was far from equal to what i saw, and booked on line, of $169. per night We were charged $452 for two nights. Something went wrong. Help

The hotel can't help it, but the scourge of homelessness and drug addicition is a little way up third. Use second or fourth to walk into town instead.

Nothing that I would say we didn't like! I would probably request a city view next time, instead of a courtyard view, but that's something small.

The location was really convenient for everything that we were wanting to see. Distance wise, it was a reasonable walk to Pike's Market place as well as the Space Needle. The hills were a little rough on my partner, but that seems to be a Seattle port side issue.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. In our 7 weeks of travel, this hotel had the best shower pressure, nice hot water and the towels were lovely thick bath sheets. The rooftop was a great place to relax in the afternoon sun after a day of exploring downtown Seattle. Would definitely recommend the Belltown Inn
