The door wouldn't latch and room was small no steps for the hot tub. I'm handicapped and I couldn't use it. Toilet was too low.

I like everything, except the establishment seems like its needs some modernization. And maybe use outdoor/indoor carpet, as the carpet in the room looks beat.

I loved the Theme rooms, the intimacy of room made it great for a couple. The shower was big enough for two people. And the bathroom was large.

The view in the Roman suit is a partial lake view there are rooms with exquisite veiws of lake cda that id preference.

We had a room with a jacuzzi and it made the air quality in the room poor; not enough air circulation and over a 3-day stay my throat was sore.

The views were stunning and the host was wonderful! I so enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake each evening and enjoying my coffee while watching sail boats on water.

The hot tub in room was loud and strong chemicals made it hard to sleep. The carpet around the hot tub and in room is gross and disgusting so I would wear house shies and put a towel on the hot tub steps before use if you do the got tub itself was clean.. The ceilings are beautiful but covered up by a theme. Jungle Canopy over hot tub and canopy over bed. I think they would do better to paint the walls white and replace the gross carpet and get rid of the theme. Tv didn’t work but interned did. Reading other reviews I think they have improved a lot. Bed was clean and new sheets. Was comfortable too. Due to the noise of hot tub I tried to find another place to stay but I had no luck. One night was enough here. I would give a second chance after reading reviews in a few years. But nit now..

Very dated. Exterior and rooms need serious updating. At first view from the outside we were skeptical about staying. However the cleanliness of the unit allowed us to stay.

Basement room. Not much lighting. Tried to fill the bath tub for a soak and the shower would not turn off. The bath was the main reason I booked 😌 but it is what it is for the price.

The price was reasonable. The view was very nice. My granddaughter loved the pool.

I was under the impression that we would have a balcony. The room was pretty dark and not all the lights worked. It would have been nice forthe hot tub to have its own lighting separate from the main room. There's no vent in the bathroom so oders travel in to the room

Obviously the property is in need of repair but the owners are working hard to get it done. Several previous reviews are imho too uptight, these people need to chill out and learn how to accept the fact that things aren’t always perfect in life and when it doesn’t go your way, it’s best to find something positive in the situation or just quietly move on. Nothing is gained by being negative… give the owners a chance. Again… property is in need of repair, but customer service was excellent!

The comforters need replaced they are not pretty stained. One bed had so dirt on the sheet but just slept on top of sheet.

The location was nice right by lake. The back relaxing area was nice!! The pool was older same as the property but wasn’t bad. The front desk lady was nice and stayed open til I got there which was late.

No railing on part of the deck.Place is a bit worn down. Needs a couch thats not coming unraveled.

The place is falling apart and needs much care. Back deck not finished or fenced but great to practice chigong facing lake.

Fantastic lake view from room but very small bathroom. The TV and microwave did not work and I was counting on eating leftover for breakfast.

I was supposed to get a spa room - which is what my booking said I was getting - but we didn’t because they had none left, the tv did not work, part of the floor mysteriously got very wet during a thunderstorm that passed, in fact the appearance of the room and the hotel was downright disappointing. However, the view was great, it was clean comfortable quiet and I had a really great night and a very pleasant stay and would come back again!

The laundry room was leaking into our room. It looks like the building is in the process of a needed rebuild.

The view was obscured by overgrown shrubs and we had to look to one side f the back window to see the lake from our room. the light didn't work over the sink. no desk or table (due to the size of the hot tub in the room. It didn't leave much space. this hotel is very old and you could see wear and tear but it did have charm.

the place overlooked the lake but we could not see much of it from our room. But the deck behind the hotel had great views of the lake. this room had a hot tub in it.

Our pillows were hard. Coffee maker was way too small. Low water pressure.

Unexpectedly got the room with a jacuzzi! Also— a friendly red cat wanders the grounds 😻 Location is great — easy in and out with easy drive anywhere. Walking/biking trail goes right by.

The hot tub had clumps of hair and other unidentifiable matter in the water. The air conditioner was barely working and it was extremely hot in room also due to the hot tub. The coffee filter had been left in the coffee make for quite a while and looked like it was molding. The carpet was dirty and had debris on it from previous guests.

Facility was located on the lake with peek a boo view. Motel was close to town. The maintenance man stopped what he was doing and was very helpful in getting the hot tub drained.
