Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

At 5:45 in the morning a car load of people were able to pull into the lot in view of the office and proceed to enter a quest room forcefully and assault a paying quest. Waking every one up. Then get back in their vehicle and pull of. This is disturbing!
Every thing was fine until 5:45am in the morning .I was awakened by a disturbance, where as the state police had to be called.

United StatesNot the hotels fault but the walls are thin and the neighbors were up all night talking and it was like they were in the room with me, once they finally called it a night, people on the balcony were blasting music, and then a couple had a pretty aggressive break up. It was halloween weekend, its not the hotels fault

United StatesThe rooms are really outdated and really dirty. At one point the mini fridge in our room started to leak a strange brown liquid despite it being empty. There was also a very strange odor in the room that was strong enough that I had to run out and get a can of air freshener. The bathroom door wouldn't shut fully and the shower curtain was put on an angle so it would constantly slide down from either the right or left side.
The hotel staff was very friendly and did address any issues I had as well as answered questions.
