Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI got mosquitoes in my room and I couldn't sleep well. I don't know if if the whole region on Orange County is having an infestation of mosquitoes or what? Also I'm worried about my room not having a lock so I place a chair behind the door to block anyone who wanted to break in.
The cleaning ladies are great! They deserve a raise and more time to clean because people like that!

Clerk did not mention breakfast or where it would be served when we checked in so we were not able take advantage of that.

I was getting a new transmission in a truck I just bought the week prior and booked this hotel because it appeared to be within a mile from the shop. It was closer. They appeared to have recently done some remodel work which was done well. The Bed was outstanding "comfortably firm" the area was probably a little too quiet with not much nearby which only mattered because I had no transportation. Otherwise, you can expect to get a good night's sleep
