Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesTV did not work in my room I had to go out and buy a Roku so I can watch TV.. juice machine for breakfast did not work cuz there were fruit flies flying around it I didn't use the coffee machine because it was right next to the juice machine and I was skeptical.. breakfast was very poor very few things to choose from.. when I said something about it it was suggested to me to go to Dunkin' Donuts.. the staff was not very helpful.. I took a picture of a cockroach I killed in my room showed it to the front desk they didn't offer any kind of discount or to move me rooms or anything.. unsavory people hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night.. parking lot and picnic table was just filled with trash on a daily basis

United StatesAir conditioner was noisy, had to fix the bed so it didn't rock, room key deactivated each day and had to wait for front desk person for about 15-20 min to get it reactivated. Roaches in the lobby ( didn't see any in the room). Screaming parent and crying child from another room at 2:30 in the morning 2 nights of the stay.

United StatesIt may have been a non smoking hotel but you could not have told that by the smell in the room. The breakfast was a complete joke. A bag with a water, a biscuit, trail mix and a fork. NO NAPKINS in sight. You are supposed to take the biscuit out of the plastic and heat it up in an napkin in the microwave. Since there was no napkins if you wanted to heat it up you had to lay in the microwave surface which was dirty and covered with cheese by the time we got to it.
The beds were pretty comfortable and the lamps had many outlets .

United StatesThe hotel seem like it was falling apart. There was lots of damage in our room, and also in the hallway, and it looked like doors had been kicked in previous. There was lots of damage to doors, and the elevator didn’t seem like it had been certified in a very long time.
honestly it was a little sketchy! It seem like there were people living at the hotel, and the entire hotel seem to be under construction, which nothing was said upon arrival or at check-in we were abruptly woke up to the sounds of construction happening in the hotel room next to ours

United StatesThe smell of weed was obvious in the elevator when I arrived. Later on housekeeping must have sprayed some air freshener because it wasn’t as bad. The rooms are dark with limited lighting. I couldn’t close the curtains so the light wouldn’t be so bright in the morning. TV has very few channels and the remote was clunky to operate. Beds only have a top sheet and no blankets. Although it was mostly quiet the walls are super thin and I heard some strange noises from the adjoining room(s). I’m not a fussy traveler so I would stay there again if the price was right. But overall my stay was just ok.
It’s relatively close to the downtown area and was quiet (for the most part). Plus there’s a Checker’s within walking distance open til 2AM. Front desk person was helpful and friendly. Plenty of free parking.
