Hotel needs some updating. Rooms are a little run down.

The staff that was not happy that I showed up only a few hours after having booked through Booking.com while it's rather common procedure at least where I come from. The staff that called the police during my stay at 8am because apparently I was somking in my room, even though I absolutely don't smoke. Just 100% false alarm. Being woken up by armed policemen is not a great manner to treat their host guys!

Nicely situated, nice restaurant, nice swimming, good overall vibe, excellent quality for the price.

Great Pool Party. DJ and Bartender were great hosts! Trader’s had a very nice breakfast menu.

wifi was terrible!! kept calling to see what was wrong and they kept saying they were working on it. but it never really worked….Ice machines were broken. had to follow the sign as to what floor to get Ice from only to find out that that machine was broken or out also. wish they had free breakfast like they used to.

staff was nice. great location. good atmosphere. dj was fun. kids liked the basketball. loved the grassy area. happy hour was good but needed more than one bar tender. tiki bar was fun and good drinks. will probably stay again.

We had to wait 40 minutes after check in for our room but that was the only issue we had. They supplied us with free drink tickets for happy hour and came to bar to find us when rooms were ready. In these times of short staffing it was not a big deal.

An older hotel but clean and great location. We door dashed and the kids went out so everyone could do their thing. Chair and umbrella rental set us up by the gate to hotel and spent time relaxing on beach. Good time was had by all.

there’s NO RAMP to the beach!!! very disappointing when you have a beach wagon or cooler with wheels…. lots of the lounge chairs & umbrellas were broken, only 3 ice machines which 2 of them, didn’t work so the one that did really got a workout

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time and I was not expecting that I would be able to check in that early but the person at the front desk told me that he would call me when my room was ready. I waited at the pool bar area for hours expecting that I may get a call that I could check in since the front desk clerk was aware that I was waiting for my room. After sitting and waiting for over 3 hours I finally went back to the front desk and saw that many people were already checking in. I wish the front desk clerk would have let me know I could have checked in as he said he would do. If I go back to this hotel, I will definitely ensure that I have a room facing the pool versus the parking lot. I wasn't aware that there was a choice and that is my fault for not knowing that when I booked.

The daily happy hours were enjoyable. The pool are was nice and clean.

They were out of ice on a few levels & the doors to the rooms didn’t shut all the way you had to pull it shut to make sure it was locked

Didn’t get to check in until 6, rooms had an off smell, hate the bracelet requirements, staff told us we didn’t have to wear them just to have them on us, security guard was rude and said we had to wear them.

Nice place, good view, good food. Love the ball court, just need a few extra balls. Like the happy hour tickets, just wish they were valid at outdoor tiki bar.

there was a mixup on the room I booked so I got a much smaller room with no kitchenette. I’ll stay here again, just going to call first and make extra sure I get what I booked.

Stood in line over 25 minutes to check in while 4 people that came in after me were checked in after I let other people go in front of me because they were there before me. Property was not nearly as clean as previous stays here. Housekeeping cart was left outside our room door during our stay. Entire staff was unattentive and did not speak back or acknowledge being spoken to when addressed pleasantly by my wife or myself. Feeling that "they didn't need our business".

Large room with comfortable beds. Convenient location in Daytona Beach Shores near Winn Dixie and other restaurants and far enough away from all the chaos.

Had an issue with the ceiling falling on my head in the night. Got moved to a different room that was not comparable to what we rented. The girl at the front desk was rude and uncaring. After numerous calls the manager gave us a free meal for the issue. The front desk attendant really needs to work on her customer service.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean as was most if the grounds outside . The restaurant employees are awesome, including bar, food runner and waitresses. Food was great

The staff could have been friendlier. The night shift girl at the front desk was so nice, the day shift lady that checked us in and worked during the day was not friendly or inciting at all. The house keepers acted aggravated or like they didn't want to do their job. We had issues with our room keys not working. The rooms needed to be a little cleaner, the hotel and rooms could use updates.

We didn't eat at the on site restaurant due to pricing. We did get drinks at the Tiki Bar which was really, really good. The free drinks were an awesome perk. The location was great, the pool area and outside area was amazing.

Beware- Ocean view does not mean Ocean Front!! The first room I was assigned had a view of the parking lot! Had to pay an additional $85 to be upgraded to ocean front. Was supposed to be a king size bed but ended up with 2 queens. Dirty bathroom (tile/grout) in shower and behind bathroom door. Pool in need of resurfacing in some areas.
