Sticky dirty floors in the room I know the housekeepers aren’t making a decent wage so I understand.

The room was falling apart. When we got there our fridge was leaking, there was a big initial carved in the toilet seat, and the light in the ceiling was falling off. The room was just basic, but nothing special. There were some parts of the paint that were coming off the walls in the bathroom and it just looked run down. Overall the stay was not great.

The entire property smells like weed. Most of the guests were there to party and were not friendly. We were there with our kids and felt uncomfortable walking around. The hotel hosts pool parties that bring in an irritating crowd. The room had enough space but certain areas (like the bathroom) were pretty run down.

Rooms need to be updated, hardly any outlets to charge your devices. The floor in the room was warped, carpet freyed. There is no information in the room about the hotel, or what's around the hotel. no guide for the TV, good luck finding something to watch. I was put in a handicap room, and the shower bar was right next to the toilet. You couldn't sit straight on it. And every time you got up, I thought the toilet would come off the wall. There is no hotel bar or restaurant 🤔. This is a no cash property. Swim club bar next door and a bar and restaurant in walking distance.

The views on the water side were nice, I had a parking lot view, not so nice

The view was awful. The broken pier just through my view off. Didn't like the fact that I couldn't just walk onto the beach like any other hotel that states its on the beach. The housekeepers didn't speak any English. The covers on the bed were dirty had to ask to be changed. No microwave had to go downstairs just to warm your food is ridiculously

The pool area was nice. The restaurant located on property was nice as well

The room could’ve been better for the price. The ceiling had mole. Our sink stopper would not lift so the sink would fill up. The tub could’ve been a better quality for a resort vibe. No microwave in the rooms

The. Iilsonf is old and even the billboard that has the hotel name when I looked I thought ohhh Lord this hotel looks abandoned

Dirty carpets in the hallways, rooms, bathroom needs repair, it’s functional but paint chipping, mold on ceiling. It must’ve used to been a great hotel one but needs a serious refresh to be that once again.

No hot tub as it was covered by a stage area that wasn’t even used and the pool was freezing. Very disappointing! No fun in the sun here!

The bathtub could have been cleaner. Didn't want to use it for anything other than a shower. We also booked the room for a less expensive price, but ended up paying more at the Hotel. Bit of a rip off.

Coffee was very good and the muffin was tasty.
