I feel like the rooms was outdated for the price you’re paying, and I was concerned about cleanliness the bathtubs and the floors wasn’t clean and  need to be updated.

Water pressure for shower was very low. We were there over the 4th of July and it was very loud, also the grill is 21 to enter so not good for families. We had a junior suite with the same a/c for a normal sized room that could not keep up with the florida heat.

The view for fireworks was nice, rooms were clean, staff was friendly and courteous.

Had to drive or catch the hotel shuttle to get food. I was upset that housekeeping charged my card $45.00 for towels that they thought I stole after I checked out. I had to call the hotel and explain that I was in room 142, across from housekeeper. I just placed the towels in the laundry, I hate dirty room.

People staff was nice. Nice view of the bay area. Clean. Great location.

No a/c if it worked. Very loud. Things were ok. Stayed here several times but the sliding door was off track could barely open it. Didn’t use pool. Parking was a hassle and nicer places were cheaper

my bed sheets had blood on them.... so I went to the front desk and they sent someone to my room with new sheets and he came and just handed them to me to change myself...

on the bottom floor view was great, only bad thing were the seagulls....

Never stay on the first floor. The room was so small and outdated. No water pressure in the bathroom sink.

Out of date rooms! Pricing should be adjusted if I have to shower and stand in a rusted tub! Even the ice buckets were rusty! Bathroom was just terrible for me. I didn’t even want to use the bathroom at all!

The A/C was loud and made strange noises every time it went off. I didn’t complain because they say it was the last Bay front room that was available.

The Bay view is why I keep coming back 🥰 I’ll be back as usual. I like the restaurant connected to the hotel.

There was no microwave in our room and the lock on the sliding door look like it was coming loose and didn't seem very secure. It is definitely a young person's hotel it is right next to a pool bar and grill and there were people drunk stumbling all over the place during the day.

I didn't like the bathrooms because they were a bit outdated and the toilet seat was extremely low to the ground & not handicap accessible it was very hard to get up off the toilet & the shower was old

I loved the location and I didn't have the breakfast we ate a prepackaged sandwich from the bistro and it was ok

the rooms were outdated very noisy our first room had a huge hole in the wall we moved up to the 4th floor it was also very noisy on the first floor no outlets or ports to charge phones

Everything needs attention and to be deep cleaned. The bathtub, the walls, the baseboards, the floors, the area outside of the elevator. The pool area should look clean and inviting, but is a mess. No one straightened it from one day to the next, umbrellas laying on the ground all over, chairs facing all different directions, just messy.

The view is so beautiful. The style/vibe/look of the hotel is really great. It has SO much potential! So many great areas! The bed was clean & made well. Loved the photos in the room and the balcony. The food at WTR was great and Julie was super sweet, we loved her.

Not all what I expected, the carpets and gloves were dirty, the corners of the walls have never been cleaned. The bathtub was dirty had mildew around it and paint was peeling in the tub.. sink was leaking. The doors coming into the rooms where chipping paint and just ugly appearances. The staff was friendly and kind.. but I will not book here again...

love the views, very clean, very nice staff, nice pool, nice grounds everything was very nice. HOWEVER, please take note that the “new pool” added is like a pool party/club/event pool, and while available to hotel guests does cost extra to get into and is not included in your stay.

The A/C was not working in the common areas, the tub was damaged and no drain stopper, shower and sink no water pressure, to get to the spa we had to go outside in the Florida heat to get to the spa; no instructions or directions. Their HVAC system was broken!

My debit card was compromised and caused extreme anxiety. Could not eat or drink at property because my card was canceled and all purchased food and drink was by card. Had to leave property to eat and drink. Just a terrible stay

The places is falling apart. Needs maintenance and grounds clean up. Nice place but you can tell maintenance and just keeping up with the place is falling behind
