I wish the staff were more lenient with late check out and the check in process is more streamlined/earlier avoiding any wait times. We did get free coffee but I wish there was also an available water filtration / water fountain station.

The facility was really clean and I really love that you can ride the Bryce Canyon NP bus from the hotel and its close to the actual park itself.

Reception staff is not friendly and you don't feel welcome. Prices are exorbitantly expensive, but that's normal in this region

Time to change out the bed. It was not comfortable. The food was good at breakfast but weekend hours were 6am to 9am. It would be nice to have breakfast later.

They are very protective of their breakfast which was very good. Must give room number to get in and once you leave yo can’t come back so don’t go to take something to your spouse and come back

None of us slept well. We couldn’t figure if it was the room temperature or the beds. Dinner options in the hotel would have been nice.

    Great breakfast options.

Only thing I would have liked better was the hot tub indoors. There was a cold snap snow storm and the outdoor tub was pretty much off limits.

Best breakfast I ever had at a hotel. Superior buffet with items you would actually pay for if it wasn't free. Nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. Located just outside Bryce; which is why we can. So much better than the other Best Western across the street; the Ruby Inn. Very confusing

The elevator was a little slow and far from our room. Once we found the stairs, that was a much faster and more convenient way to get to and from our room. I just wish the stairs were a little easier to find.

The breakfast was quite extensive. Although the outdoor pool and hot tub at our building were closed, the other building had an indoor pool and hot tub that we were able to use. Check in and check out were easy, and the rooms were clean and quiet. We'd stay here again.
