Best Western + Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel is a convenient place to stay, to visit Bryce Canyon Park. Rooms are comfortable and there are lot of restaurants nearby.

Only small downsides: the rooms are a bit dark and dated. The property has no restaurants (other than Ruby's - ick) near it, and the Chromecast for the TV did not work. None of these were major issues, and I had a great stay.

You are 2 miles from the park entrance, allowing visits throughout the day. The included breakfast was decent quality and had good selection. The property is clean and updated. The wifi worked very well, and the water temperature and pressure were good, as were the included soap/shampoo/conditioner. The laundry room is a steal (2$ wash, 2.50$ dry, 1.25$ soap - the desk can make change.) I did not use the pool/spa/fitness room but they looked nice. The property was clean and quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. My room had a clean fridge and microwave. Parking is large and free. All staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful.

Location was perfect for visiting Bryce Canyon Park. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and was quite good. The bed was extremely comfortable and the price was totally reasonable.

The room was small but very nice.

Location next to Bryce Canyon National Park. You can feel the history of the building. The free breakfast was fantastic. I loved the charm and decor. Best bed of our entire road trip.

The front desk staff was not very friendly. No smiles. One didn’t even make eye contact while speaking to me. They just need some training on customer service.

Nice comfortable accommodations in convenient location. It was nice to have breakfast included. The food service staff was very pleasant and efficient.

Breakfast is available over only a 2-hour time span. It means there are a lot of people in the breakfast area at the same time, which is a problem given the small size of the area. Expect to have to wait to get a table. There is nobody allocating seating resulting in a free for all.

The hotel is located immediately outside the Park. The room was generously sized and comfortable. The breakfast compares in choice favourably to hotels of a similar standard.

a lot of plastic used for breakfast (plates, cutlery) - in times of climate change very outdated rooms a a bit dark swimming pool out of order due to end of season (no information about this on booking com)

Amazing location, 5 minutes to Bryce. Dairy free and vegan breakfast options were welcome. Amazing facilities, better than we could have expected. So relaxing and so special.

It took over 30 minutes to check in. Had to queue in the lobby waiting. There was no apology for the wait when I finally got to the desk. When a large party arrives I suggest one desk is used for this party so other customers can check in quickly. One other comment was noise from the room above. The floors are wood and the footsteps from those above could easily be heard and woke us both at 4am

Hard bed, cheap pillows.. staff had no idea what rooms were ready and clean even after the 4pm check in time. Not much in the area except bryce canyon

The bed needs to be updated. It sags and is very uncomfortable. We would like you to reimburse us for part of our stay because of the bed and the TV Wifi. We tried to connect our phone to the TV but the ladies at the desk said they were just installed and were not updated fot wifi connection. We also tried to rent a movie from the TV, but again, the ladies at the desk said the TV's were just installed and were not finished updating the wifi. Please reimburse us $100. If we had known, we would have left and traveled home earlier. We were hoping to relax and watch a few movies and were extremely disappointed.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and sparkly.
