Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United Statesthis time nothing, There’s a nightclub on the side of the hotel that guest had no where to park our vehicles, staff didn’t seem to care one front desk clerk said she doesn’t know sent my brother inside and was told to park in the fire lane, went to the pool where it was very dirty and big cockroaches crawling around went back to the clerk and he called maintenance to have them take care of the situation all of this happen on Saturday night, Sunday morning went to the ice machine and no ice went to three other floors no ice called the front desk was told to come downstairs to the restaurant for ice only for Megan to say if you need more ice go to McDonald’s as if I was getting 5lbs of ice

United StatesThe elevators were broken, the ice machines did not work, my key did not open the pool and during my 4 days there no one brought towels, toilet paper or emptied the trash. The toilet also did not flush well and the bath tub filled up during a shower because it didn’t drain fast enough.

United StatesThe check in clerk upon arrival was initially curt when I came to check in early, as I requested. Her response to me was; " "Rooms are not ready, (early check-in) "it's possible, if it's possible." She then reiterated check-in is at 4:00pm. After explaining my request was due to us attending a function in a few hours, she then quickly gave us room key cards and processed our check in. I did not appreciate that initial response after driving 7 hours to get to the hotel and making all of our arrangements. That did not start off our stay at the hotel on a good and welcoming note. Lastly, the shower did not drain in our room, so we stood in 4 inches of standing water while showering. Not pleasant. We were given two towels, one for each of us upon arrival. For two men staying two days, showering several times a day due to the intense heat, two towels were clearly insufficient. The cleaning maid promptly and politely provided us with extra towels.
The Cleaning staff were very helpful, cordial and professional. The location of the hotel was close to the highway, which made it easy to maneuver to various locations.

United KingdomThe gym was very basic (no free weights), and it was hard to move the bench/the mechanism had broken so it wasn’t possible to put it in an upright position The late night shuttles didn’t run due to. It having a driver. Unfortunately we were booked onto them (as were another room) which left us stranded after 4th of July celebrations in the dark. When we finally managed to get an Uber back to the hotel, Bob had come onto his shift, realised there was no driver and was getting ready to come out to get us (absolutely kudos to him for this, but this was an hour after our pick up time. If there’s no drivers available, please don’t offer a shuttle service)
