Could hear the traffic but once the night went on it quieted down

The only reason I didn’t give them a 10 score is because I didn’t care for the chairs at the pool and outside our room. They were basically falling apart underneath us.

For me it was the comfort of the bed and bedding. They I spared no expense with regard to this. The mattress was soft as were the sheets and pillows. We also loved how clean the room was. We will be back next year around the same time. Thank you to the friendly staff.

While staff was exceedingly friendly, most could not understand or speak English. I just see that as a major drawback. I did hear mice or squirrel, which I didn't see any squirrels while there, chewing in the wall underneath the bathroom sink in room 310. Didn't mention it to my wife....

We had stayed there previously and were really impressed with the upgrades since last visit. The rooms and floor were clean. Bringing the breakfast back was a great touch. I noticed many people using it. Great to have the elevators working. LOL! The only drawback for guest and safety of the guest or the nightly visits by the bear. I personally don't have a problem because we know to stay away and and not engage them or agitate them. We noticed several guests on several occasions trying to see how close they can get to the bear while they were trying to forage in the trash. Frankly, when the habits of bears and people we were frightened. I would hate to have to have DNR come in and remove the bears. It's not their fault. Where we live, we have bare resistant trash cans. The bear literally cannot open them. I know there is a cost, but might be better in the long run to absorb the one time Cost for everyone safety. Another little drawback was when just come in off the parkway to register and park in front, and we noticed several times cars were literally stuck out in the road trying to get in. There is usually ample parking to the right past the office and guess might be encouraged to park there while registering.

Trash cans were not bear proof. I love seeing them as much as the next person but having multiple bears visit at all hours of the night waking us up was not ideal. It’s not safe for them or those visiting. The bears shouldn’t be able to get into the trash cans there as easily as we witnessed. Staff were notified multiple times but nothing changed.

It's a little bit older property, so the age is starting to show. It didn't really bother me, but some travelers may be affected.

Location was spectacular. Excellent value especially with breakfast included.

Went wanting a balcony with mountain view so was kinda disappointed in that area but location was great in middle of everything pool was not heated just wish would have been more clear on the view only real complaint and a smart TV would have been nice in bedroom

The bathroom was very small. Some of the repairs to the room were not done well. Construction going on at the property and next door kinda loud. Pool was not open yet so can’t comment on that. Elevator broke down while we were there.

The property is close to the strip. You can leave your car in the parking lot at the property and walk everywhere without worry. Also catch the trolley. The rooms are good size and have some nice amenities, we had a microwave, mini fridge, 2 TVs. Breakfast was offered all the way to 10am which was nice. Good water pressure in the shower. But the hot tub took a while to fill up, and worked just so so.

perfect location, walking distance to everything!! Rooms were updated since our last stay. I was with my teenage sons, and wasn't worried at all about letting them wonder around while I stayed in our room and relaxed for a little while in the evenings

Minor — parking was a bit tight. The handicap room’s toilet was a standard size. I am handicap and very much need a taller toilet. Having one leg makes getting up and down harder. But that’s really our only negative. I didn’t tell staff of it I just made it work.

Convenient, staff was very nice and professional. They even called me 3 hours before check in advising me we could go ahead and check in. (Check in was at 4). That impressed us along with cleanliness of our room.

Beds were not comfy but room was clean and easy to kick back and relax.

Very clean facility. Staff was very friendly. We have stayed here a couple of times before and they have remodeled and started back the hot breakfast. I was very pleased with our stay this time.

We were on an extended trip and needed to do laundry. Only one washer worked, but none of the dryers worked. The worst situation was I was trapped in the elevator for a few minutes when the door failed to open. After repeated attempts it finally opened. I didn't use the elevator again.

The room was a good size and very clean. It was fairly quiet seeing that the rooms were outside rooms. The staff were polite and helpful. The location was great. Easy walking to attractions and restaurants.

Bed was very uncomfortable, didn't have enough towels or wash cloths for a 2 day stay. People smoking weed was smelling up our room. Made me and my husband sick.
