Staff was friendly, and they would have allowed us a late check out (one hour later) at no charge if we had needed it. We were in a renovated room (primarily new flooring). We appreciated the dinner restaurant recommendations by the staff member that checked us in. No - there are no coffee makers in the rooms but on our week long road trip we didn't usually end up using them anyways, so this didn't bother us as much as it seems to bother others. Room was basic but it fit our needs Good shower - strong pressure.

They gave us a room that faced the river but it was under construction meaning there wasn't a view with all kinds of debris and caution tape. I wish they would have told us that before booking.

The location was great with a beautiful view of the river from the pool. The pool area was nice. Good location for swimming with manatees

Rooms were parfumed via electricity. No need for that. Shop was closed in the morning. A pity with kids.

Location is great. Rooms looked a bit renovated, all ok. From the hotel area you can go with kayak to see/swim with manatees. Pool ok and bubble bath (warm).

For the price paid, there should be complimentary coffee in the rooms-- if not in the rooms then the lobby for guests. I know there is a coffee shop in the lobby so this is probably why they don't do it but the price for the rooms should include the basics that cheaper motels/hotels provide. Also, the price for a bagel sandwich in the AM was much higher than other places.

Construction got in the way of walking out to the water. And it closed up some of the parking spaces. Room was pretty bare bones. One little plastic chair and a couple of little plastic tables. There was room for a little more furniture which would have been nice.

People loading boats blocked our parking spots and wouldn’t move. The coffee that we paid for in the lobby was terrible. It tasted like water with a little bit of flavor. Walking barefoot in our room made our feet turn black. We had heavy suitcases to haul up stairs to 2nd floor.

It was so close to Three Sisters Springs, the water, and restaurants. Also, close to our kayak rental. The pool and hot tub were right on the water, though we didn’t use them during our stay.

THE STAFF ! my room location 103 was great for me lower level by pool and I have limited walking. Stopped in earlier in the week and the front desk took care of me without asking. They put in the best place based on observation & greetings.

Need a coffee pot or offer free coffee in lobby. Stairs are very steep. Being older had hard time going up them.

This is our 2nd time there. We were originally placed in a nice room close to the end of the property, but what we didn’t know was there was going to be a band playing at the restaurant next door. At 7 pm, it was blaring in our hotel room. We have an infant, so that was not going to do for us! I walked to the front desk, explained the problem and Cathy at the front desk was awesome! She immediately said “no problem!” We have an emergency room, and it is in a quiet spot. They were fully booked but Cathy had the kindness and forethought to understand the importance of a quiet location for a baby in need of a quiet place to sleep! Thank you Cathy! We do so appreciate your help!! We will stay there again!
