We woke up a lot to loud cars and motorcycles. My son said the same thing he drove us and he stayed across corridors and her heard it too. We stayed last month towards middle of the hotel and we didn’t hear much noise that time.

Convenient toMD Anderson. Had everything we needed. Mia at reception desk on checkout was very courteous and pleasant. She actually made us aware your facility helps out with discount price for our stays while going for treatments and visits at MD Anderson. We’ve been there twice before.

They take out $150 and hold it on your card for 3-7 business days. I won’t stay again just because I’m waiting on that refund still. Other hotels only keep $25 if anything at all.

The breakfast was very american and.. well not good at all, but I guess it's a preference thing mostly. We shared a corridor with a big gang of guys who made a LOT of noise, and the hotel personnel unfortunately didn't do much about it when we complained.

It was a nice hotel, loved how big our room was and it having two queen size beds!

Even though the place has been remodeled at some point, there were some areas where you can see they cut corners. Breakfast was not that great. But everything was on par with the price.

Nothing really. If I had one thing , breakfast could have been refilled with muffins/Danish. They were out at 8 am and not refilled.

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Location was great, right near the highway. Would definitely stay again.

THEY PISS STAINS IN THE MATTRESS, ALOT OF STRAGGLERS AROUND THE PROPERTY, POOL WATER FREEZING, I DID NOT LIKE I HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 50$ FOR A EARLY CHECK IN SAME DAY SCHEDULED JUST A FEW HRS EARLIER...MY SON HAS ASTHMA AND I NEEDED TO GIVE HIM TREATMENTS....

There was no tub mat so I nearly slipped when getting in the tub to shower.

Some of the common area rugs need a deep cleaning/changing. The breakfast fare was lacking variety and the orange juice machine broke down. The fried eggs were wet in condensation :-(

The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well, and the shower had good water pressure. The curtains were thick and darkened the room very well, making it adequate for sleeping.

The only bad experience I had was that the shower water comes out very powerful and it is not easy to make the shower water run slower or make the shower water turn to a different direction... If people from other rooms take shower at the same time, the water tend to be cold!

The location of this hotel is at the corner of the service road to a major highway. It is about 45 minutes drive from the IAH airport. I went there for a funeral at the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery, which only takes about 6 minutes to get there. It is a very good location for a short stay for attending the funeral. I also like that the room has an iron and ironing board. It is good for ironing formal cloths for any formal events. There is also a small fridge in the room. The breakfast starts at 6:30 am. They provide some hot foods like sausage, fry eggs and Biscuits and Gravy. They also have breads, waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereals etc. They provide hot coffee at the lobby through out the day. There is only one charger outdoors for the electric car and it does not run fast.

Very limited gym, breakfast was extremely limited, the better coffee machine was locked away after the breakfast was done and the one in the lobby was not good at all. The bathroom had a bit of rust on the top of the fixtures that looked ugly.

Good size room, lobby was lovely and clean, quiet room, nice touch of having a coffee machine in the room.

The beds were OH SO DELICIOUS! 🤗 The room decor and colors felt real cozy and warm. The bathroom was perfectly clean. I loved this stay. Too bad it was only for one night this time around 🫤

I didn't like the sink area outside the bathroom. I couldn't fault anything else.

This motel was very reasonably priced and looked like it had been recently refurbished, everything was in good order and clean. The breakfast was nice, compared to many other places. I also liked the closet mirrors in the room, very clever. Bed comfortable and clean. The room quiet despite the freeway not too far away. Great little bar with food and drinks a short walk - next door in fact. Staff friendly and helpful.
