Great hotel in perfect location. Rooms are a bit old and tiered but are clean, spacious and the Smore in the afternoon is a great fun. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi are a lovely plus after a tedious day of hiking

Breakfast variety. We came a bit later (9ish) and I ended up with cold eggs, both eggs containers were almost empty. Could be worse, but since we paid extra 20 something bucks for that, I was a bit disappointed. Also no vegetable at all.

This is a motel and there is a noise coming from vehicles and people walking around the premises. The fact that the motel is actually at the bus stop of National Park's free shuttle makes it very busy in terms of free parking spots, because many visitors, who are not hotel guests, park their vehicles here, so there are no parking spaces left for motel guests or they are not near their rooms. Organization of breakfast is really bad. First we needed to wait for a table, then we needed to wait for a waiter to come with coffee only (and to collect our breakfast voucher, which is odd). Tips are expected for service even though service is not provided at all and even though the service is paid upfront. The motel is trying to sell overpriced duck toys in the room. It is very dark in the night, and it's hard to find your room, especially if you have to park far away. You can pre-park your car early in the morning when non-guests leave the parking lot :/ Lastly, it is a very expensive accommodation.

We stayed in 'King Room - Pet Friendly' room because that one was the only one left for booking. The motel is close to Grand Canyon National Park, South Rim entrance. Breakfast selection was good. Facilities in general were OK.

The bar service was disorganized and took too long to get food. That place could do with a renovation.

We stayed in a King Suite room which was huge! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was a short walk to some of the local restaurants so made getting dinner easy. And the breakfast was good the next morning too. It's about a 15-minute drive to the Grand Canyon Village where we were able to find a car park the next morning. There was a little store onsite where we could buy our lunch for the following day which was great.

wonderful resort, newly renovated, very good food and friendly staff. perfect location to visit the grand canyon since you are already there in the morning before most tourists arrive.

Seems to be understaffed. Didn’t appreciate cleaners starting to clean rooms at 6 am and making a lot of noise.

compared to the resort we just went to a week ago at Yosemite Park(similar price), this one is just meh. Maybe we had a bit higher expectations. In general, the room is clean, nothing is too bad that I can think of. But it just felt like there was something that was off. It's like a resort that meets every standard of being a good resort however it just felt inconvenient in a lot of ways. It's difficult to navigate inside the resort, and hard to find

SOME of the staff at the front desk and also in the breakfast dining room were NOT friendly at all and silent when they should have used basic and common courtesy vocabulary like "thank you" and "please" which was a real downer. They didnt even smile back to me when i smiled at them. This was the only negative part of my stay at this property.
