The layout, and the smell of breakfast wafting through out the hallway.

They had teenagers there. They were basketball players with their families. Super super rude. Banging doors at all hours of the day and even late at night 1200. Plus swearing could hear them in the next room and I wear earplugs. Running up and down the halls. Sad thing is there are signs up saying please be quite. When we returned our key the lady at the front desk didn't ask how are stay was cause I would of vented to them. Plus parents should of been watching their kids. Plus at breakfast hogging food no consideration for others.

Breakfast was good but other guests were rude and didn't leave food for others there to get. Pool was nice and warm.

The location of this hotel is excellent since it's just minutes from the beach area. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

No elevator to 2nd floor. 1st floor being re-habbed and work was done at odd hours. Sunday nights?

There are a few renovations going on at the moment but the noise is minimal. Despite the renovations it was quiet during the day.

The water pressure in the shower was strong which is a plus. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. I got a good nights sleep at the hotel. The room was quiet. The staff were so friendly offering me coffee and tea. I could not fault the staff, they work so hard. Always a smile on their face especially the guy at breakfast. We got a warm welcome on arriving and the manager was a real character. Hampton is a cute town to explore. I would stay there again. Good value for money for traveling Australians worried about the dollar.

The front desk messed up the free breakfast time when I checked in and the regular rooms are sub par. Definitely dated but the suites are great

The property is a bit dated. I didn’t like carrying my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. No elevator.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent with many choices. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

At arrival we got room 162 and when we got in the bathroom there was urine on the side of the toilet boll. They changed us to room 164 but the AC was not working we were getting hot air. Then they cleaned room 162 so we can move back into that room.

minimal staff, so to compensate, they dont clean the rooms during your stay. we were 5 people in the room, so we paid to use the guest laundry dryer to dry the shower towels on 2 occasions.

90% of the staff was great , friendly and helpful. Especially morning breakfast guy, Carlos. He made the breakfast wait more enjoyable.

Bathroom was really small in our room, barely space to move, but it was our second stay and our room from the first stay the bathroom was alot bigger.

I went last year same time and the hotel and staff was back to normal expectations. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had good variety . Tables clean and serving area very clean.

Hotel ran out of towels my last night there. Pull out couch was not comfortable.

Minutes away from beach. Pool. Welcoming staff. Close to stores and shops. Nice hotel.

Needs updates , toilet handle broken , toilet wobbly , broken curtain , lack of outlets ( for laptops etc) housekeeping never came to our room for freshening up , had to ask for fresh towels , need more than one ice machine , set up for breakfast should be placed back end where empty bar is , need two waffle batter stations ( not just the waffle makers ) upon arrival table in room had crumbs on it and the chairs , rooms are dark even with lighting and curtains open
