We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI did find the rug apparently was cleaned which was good but it was still wet. I actually turned the air conditioning unit on to 74 degrees to try and dry it. It was uncomfortable to walk on.
This may not be what you want me to write here for this but I must tell you about your wonderful employee ANN. After I checked out and returned home to the Philadelphia area I realized I had left 2 bracelets behind. I was pretty sure they had fallen on to the floor. They were my husbands. He is deceased and I keep them with me. I did call but it was very busy so it was difficult for the desk to stop and help me which I understood. It was suggested I call back later the next day. Early the next day I decided to drive back and ask for help in person. A very kind lady name Ann saw me and asked how she could help me. She knew the room had not been occupied so was able to let me in to search for the bracelets. They were there under the night-stand and would have not been seen since they were leather and blended in with the rug color. She was so very kind and understood how distraught I was. United StatesThis was our second stay at this hotel. Previous stay the room was located on 3rd floor. Very nice and comfortable. This stay we were on first floor, pet side. We could hear the gentleman next door through the wall. I'm not sure why? Breakfast buffet is a nice offrring. I'm so happy to have a restaurant on site for dinner! BTW, I do not recommend Giovanni's Pizza. I'm not a picky person, but.... We called in an order to grab before checking in to the hotel. Walking into the place, it is cluttered and filthy. I'm not sure how they have 4 stars, subs were skimpy, and wings were overcooked. My understanding from the hotel is that the owner is a one man rodeo.
They now have a restaurant on site. Food is very good reasonably priced

Clean; new rooms; restaurant in the building for easy takeout with a dog. Small grass strips to walk dog along the hotel with lots of pet bags and trash cans spaced along. Nice staff and great location. Just down the hill from High Point State Park.

breakfast good service great room was old and needs renovation I am ise to staying in newer hotels when I travel and tou can see and feel a big difference, your room was ok for a 1 night stay but I would have moved to another hotel if I was staying longer the carpet was ripped, I just thought you could do a better job the bathroom fely old and tubs are no longer used a good sized shower is much more beneficial

Same person forgot to tell us that the in-house restaurant was closed that day, in spite of a large sign in the lobby saying "Mr. Shanks' Restaurant is Open" .

it was fine for the area, just older dated room it was a good size room though but needs to be renovated the property itself was really pretty and close to our friend the staff was nice the walls were paper thin the ladies next door got up so early and were just talking in a normal ton and it felt like they were standing in our room it was loud. very very expensive for what it was and where it was but we had no choice
