Missing a coffee pot, refrigerator was making a loud noise so had to unplug. Outside space limited...went on other side of hotel to allow pets to go potty...lots of trash on that side. The "likes" outweighed the "didn't likes". ;)

Room was great!!...comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was very accommodating and serviced with a smile. Great hot & cold breakfast! I'm glad we stayed here!

Pool was not well kept! Would have liked to used the pool, but it was showing a lot of algae! Realize that it is hot but SHOCK treatment is necessary!

I did NOT like that the pool water was murky green. It looked to me like it needed to be shocked and when I ask the girl about it all she could do was smile and say I don't speak english. And I had to clean the bugs out myself. They didn't clean the pool up. Was supposed to open at 10am but I had to go to the office to ask why it wasn't open at 12pm. Oh she forgot.

We ate breakfast there the first day but the second morning we went elsewhere. Wasn't very good at all. I would much rather had fruit or muffins.

The coffee maker was a bit dated I would have preferred a small keurig.

My king suite was great. All amenities were in order. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was friendly. Common areas were stopped down and cleaned regularly.

I did not like how the clerk charged our with the 3rd party vendor our credit card versus verifying with us. We were going to use a new card we had in our possession. It cause our other account to be overdrawn. We resolved it but the fact that she didn't verify with us first.

I liked that the facilities were at the back of the room instead of the front. It made it easier to bring luggage into the room.

The people that were there were loud and partied most the night outside. Parking was insane. Could not park in front of our room because so many people that were partying.

sheets were stained, confirmed first floor when booking then told they did not have one available. Elderly Mom had to navigate stairs as well as ice covered parking lot and ADA ramps.

Wifi is weak on the back quarter of the building often disconnected or had a weak connection

It's in a convenient location the rooms are nice and the accommodations and staff are nice

Wi Fi said unsecure access on my laptop so I was leery of using it. Room was hot when we got there and fridge was not turned down . Everything else was okay.

Convient access, Wi Fi said was unsecure so did not use it. Room was clean, did not know they were cleaning every day so was a little suprised when came back and it had been cleaned. Would stay there again.

Have no complaints other than the note from housekeeping to remember them. I noticed this starting out on my trip and in every room. Usually I do leave a tip if the room is clean. It may just be me but this I find kind of tacky

Had a nice area to walk my puppy. The room was clean. It was quiet and so was the a.c. very nice. For once had a great shower great water pressure. I usually don't like to spend that much but it was worth it and not to much out of line. The bed was most comfortable, great night sleel

The spa tub button to turn on the jets was not there so no spa tub. That would have been nice to relieve pain from driving. Also bed was pretty stiff. Pool was torn apart.

Liked location close to base. Liked how room was isolated from other rooms.
