No pool for adults. Kids were shooting everyone with water cannons and the parents were not controlling their children so adults trying to relax in the hot tub after a day of walking the zoo had no peaceful place to relax.

Staff was always courteous and helpful! Front desk staff down to the Laundry personnel were very helpful! Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Omaha

The pool is a trap. We booked here for the pool, we do regular trips to see family and stop overnight in Omaha with 3 kids. The pool promised a great swim experience and left us all with battle wounds. The bottom of the pool is gravel. Straight eat-your-wet-skin-off gravel. I went down the slide after my toddler and ended up looking like I slid into homeplate. My husband went down with a kid and earned road rash on his back. My 5and 7 year old left with bleeding knees and shins. I wouldnt let the toddler down the slide again, and we sadly didn't stay long because after the second scrape the chlorine water felt like jellyfish stings on my kids legs. It's such a great idea ruined by a floor. We won't stay again because I can't tease my kids with that.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, beds were really comfortable to sleep on. Rooms didn't bleed noise, so it was quiet as well (huge bonus for a family friendly hotel). Breakfast was hot and options met everyone's needs and requests. Staff was friendly.

The hot tub was set way to high. Was not able to enjoy it for too long.

Water pressure for the lavatory was a little weak but workable.

The breakfast facilities were great. Food was plentiful, hot, and good. Workers kept the area clean at all times. Beds were comfortable and air condition was great.

The building smelled musty and stale upon entering the lobby. One of the elevators was broken at the end of the hall. Charges for the stay were high. The attendant when we arrived was not friendly.

The pool was very dirty. The water was murky and hairs and other debris floated through the unfiltered water.

The property was in a great location. it was close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel was also pet friendly which made it nice to travel with our 17 year old pup.

The beds were on the harder side and needed better pillows but other than that my stay was great.

I like the hot breakfast and the kids loved the pool and water slides... convenient location and staff was friendly.

so many people in the pool and the bottom was super rough. it beat up our daughters knees. went in late March and you couldn’t turn the AC on yet… Also very close to busy road with road noise if that bothers you.

Extremely rude staff member, Due to an america express credit card issue, we needed a small Grace period to pay the motel. Very rude and aggressive desk lady very rudely demanded we exit the room or she was going to call the local police. Will never stay there again
