We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWell me and my boyfriend tried to stay here last night but we decided to come home early because we found blood on our bed. It was covered up by the little blanket the drape over the bottom of the bed. The blood was soaked all the way through layers of blankets to the bed. We ended up checking out early because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in that bed, we had discussed it for a little while because the room was so expensive. After checking out I asked about a refund and the housekeeper said I would have to call in the morning to talk to the manager after making up the excuse that it was because they had new girls working there. This was not cranberry juice people it was blood. I work in a vet clinic trust me I know blood when I see it. I called this morning to talk to the manager and he acted as if he didn’t believe me then he said he would call me back after talking to the housekeeper. This was over an hour ago and I still haven’t received a call. I’m not usually one to complain or act like a “Karen” about things but this was disgusting. I just wish I would have taken a picture 🤦♀️
The pool, hot tub and jacuzzi were the only saving factors

United StatesThe night time desk clerk was great! My 5 year old ate too much junk food and got sick all over the bed and room, she was very quick to help not only by delivering new bed linens she helped clean up my sons mess and calm him down.

United StatesUnfortunately as soon as you pulled up it smelt like manure!! Inside and out of the hotel. Then our room smelt like Garlic! When they cleaned it still smelt like garlic.The mattress was so uncomfortable and squeaky! You could feel the springs in the mattress. You could could hear every thing from the adjoining room beside ours SMH
I liked that it was close to everywhere I needed to go.

The staff were wonderful. I wish I could say the same about the rest.

United StatesAlthough we had a non-smoking room, it smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Perhaps, it was a smoking room at one point and the carpet and/or the bedding was not replaced. The room was really small for 2 beds.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The room was a disappointment. It almost took me back to camp days or the days when I had to use Motel 6. I could hear the neighbors talking and they were not being overly loud.

United StatesMy wife and I stayed here overnight and we park in the back of the building. In the morning, my vehicle was broken into and all my stuff had been gone through. I asked the lady at the front desk for a bag to cover my window and she gave it to me but seemed very unsurprised about what it happened
The staff he was very nice and accommodating as much as we asked. Which was not much. This seems like such a pretty location in an idyllic outskirt of Columbus

United StatesHeadboard covered in dust...did the finger test lol and floor was still wet from previous guests??? Smelled like pot smoke, but they did come spray something while we were at dinner that covered that up. Inside Door handle was broken off. Opened the door and it hit the floor.
Hot tub in the room was nice and relaxing, but definitely wouldn't spend an extra $100 to experience it again.
