The staff is so friendly and kind. Easy check in and check out through booking.com. The pool is not heated but that did not stop my kids from swimming in it. It was so clean and nice. There are no comp towels for the pool or a nearby bathroom. The breakfast options were amazing: There is grab and go items in a fridge like hard boiled eggs, cheeses a variety of yogurt. There are croissants, bagels, dry cereal, oatmeal, pop tarts, bread and fresh fruit along with a hot station with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and a waffle station. There are also a variety of juices, milk, cream, cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, syrup and ketchup. The room was really nice and roomy. We did not use the pull out sofa bed but it was nice to have a separate room to watch tv while the kids slept.

girl at the front desk was over worked. Was there when we got there and was still there the next morning and also had to take care of coffee requests on the other side of the room since no one was working there.

No one was there to make breakfast.

Our room was upgraded but the tv didn’t work so we had to go the whole night with the tv on. There was no sound just the screen on.

Everything was really nice... no complaints here!

I liked the location, I thought the staff was super friendly and the room was large and very comfortable! I would stay there again. I missed the breakfast... closing the breakfast at 9:30 am on a Sunday morning is a little early. We slept in because we were at party on Saturday night... so we missed the breakfast.

Our room was very noisy. It was in an area that echoed the noise outside from people talking loud.

Got the executive suite for a little bday gathering with family . It was basically a one bedroom apartment . It was nice and it met my expectations. The staff was nice and the breakfast in the morning was a plus . Will def be back soon !

When I first called the hotel, a lady answered who was extremely unhelpful and not friendly, she apologized for being rude but kept responding that it was not in her job description to help with my request (I was at the airport, and was asking for the best way to get to the hotel). My daughter and I eventually navigated the public transport system successfully and got there. We were so happy to have a male employee greet us with such a friendly smile. He was so helpful and it was refreshing, the next morning another male employee greeted us when we went to breakfast and he was also super friendly and helpful. So if you are unlucky enough to get the female, don't let it put you off the hotel, because the male employees on the recention are really nice. I don't reacall the female's name now, I think it started with C.

Room was spacious and comfortable, nothing fancy but good value for the price. Good location for safety and sense of security. It is in a more upmarket area, although the hotel is not pricey. My daughter and I caught the bus back to the hotel from Disneyland, walking a short distance to the hotel after midnight, we felt safe in this walk. The homelessness issue that is common in many parts of LA was not an issue in this area. Metro Bus is nearby that is an easy ride to the Willow train station. This is also the line that takes you to the Airport. LA is very spread out, getting to know and use the public transport will save you money.

The thing I didn’t like about the property was that the area seemed really busy the there wasn’t any security, or did not feel safe because the elevator and the stairs were available for the public also and our fan in the restroom started leaking when the room above us started leaking. They did fix the issue with the leaking fan. We only stayed two nights. 

The stuff was really friendly. Enough parking spaces, clean rooms and complementary breakfast.
