This is not a complaint per se, but rather a personal preference when it comes to a softer and more supportive mattress.

From start to finish this hotel has it going on. Not only were the rooms clean, but the outside was impeccable as well which shows their high standards. The fabulous decor and feel began in the lobby and carried over to the rooms. The huge shower was a plus along with a plentiful and fantastic breakfast. The homemade tamales were a delicious and outstanding surprise. I forgot my makeup/toiletries bag and they called to let me know. Hotels do not usually do that!! I’m very grateful as I have a whole line of expensive skin care in that silly bag. Thank YOUUUU, Best Western Plus! We will be staying with you for the next several years as we visit Weatherford!

there wasnt a proper place for dog relief area. you have to walk out of the parking lot onto a small patch of dried up grass.

We visited Weatherford for a wedding. The room was very clean and well decorated. We were impressed with the accommodations. Our group spent some time in the lounge area & the staff was very nice & polite.

Absolutely Nothing. There is not anything I would change here. Even the grounds are well kept up . No fault found and I'm a Military Academy Graduate and used to inspections.

The Decor and Amenities were.... Over The TOP Superb!!!! Everything about it was WOW !!!! First thing I did was hit the beautiful outdoor pool, showered and relaxed at the Extravagant Bar. Super well appointed room and unbelievable breakfast in the morning. This is a 10+ Motel in my book.

Arrived late 10:40 pm, staff was so friendly, understanding, and accommodating. There was a hiccup with booking.com stating the suite I booked was pet friendly, and it was not. Our family is military and we are in day 4 of our cross country move. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us.

Neither the refrigerator or microwave n the room worked optimally. The turntable didn't turn in the microwave, and the refrigerator did not get as cold as one might expect.

I have stayed here before and returned because of the great previous experience. This time was almost as good. In short - the room was very comfortable with microwave, refrigerator, nice toiletries, A/C that was up to the heat. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was outstanding. I will definately be back if the opportunity arises

The air-conditioner was working hard to keep room cool, fortunately I travel with fan for noise. Need brighter light bulbs.

The cooling unit was noisier than many and cycled on and off rapidly. It keep the temp very well, though

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The furnishings were above par both in the lobby/breakfast room and the room.The pool was large enough to “swim” in with comfortable tables and chairs both in the open and covered for inclimate weather. Perhaps the best feature was the breakfast. Not only did it have the standard fare but also offered to cook omelettes and fry eggs. Oh - they also had fresh tamales. Yum.

Don't really have anything bad to say . But could have biger or more soap and shampoo. For a family of 4 .soap and shampoo was on the small side.

I was very good the room and the office had a lodge feel. Price was Worth it. They offered breakfast the best breakfast we have had.
