Really drab inside, not a comfortable feeling in the room. Shower ran dark, rusty water!!! Needs updating.

Convenient to where we needed to be. Young man at desk was pleasant, young lady was not.

breakfast wasn’t over and they wouldn’t get any more milk so we could get cereal. and that’s all they had to offer. no juice and nothing else?? so if it says free breakfast. really may not be.

Breakfast is non-existant. You should stop advertising it. Bathroom sink towel rack sheetrock anchors pulled out several times under normal use.

After passing through some not very good areas we were pleased with the location of this hotel. The staff at the desk was friendly, room was clean, more modern than expected. No complaints.

Continental breakfast extremely sparse. A coffee machine, <2oz milk in jug, two cereal choices, and outdated blueberry muffins. May as well have not even offered it. Seemed as though it was being offered to less than acceptable standards just to be able to say there was a breakfast. Staff speech difficult to understand clearly. Where was the ice machine?

Heater in first room did not work. Was switched to another room without delay.

All of the soaps and such were in the pump container s attached to the wall. The exterior was run down. The staff was not very friendly. There was nothing for breakfast. This morning’s when I checked out the guy was in his pajamas.

It was close to my meeting and the room was clean.

Was suppose to have wheelchair access. They said Booking.com did not request. So had to make do.

Absolutely clean. I travel with black light. Perfect cleaning even wall behind toilet was clean.

The water from the bathtub was brown! The air conditioning started smoking in the middle of the night and caused a horrible smell all night. The beds are not queen, more like 2 doubles. The lady at check in was not friendly at all. I greeted her with a hello and she answered back with “ credit card?”

The water was brown, there were several flies in the room, and I turned on a light when I checked in to have on for later. When I returned later the light was off. I didn’t like that someone came in after my check in without a request from me.

The fact that I didn't find out they wouldn't accept the Visa debit card I used to reserve the room when I got there. The lady clerk at the desk made me go get cash and then charged a $100 deposit for paying with cash and at check out they couldn't find my deposit to return bc the same lady put the WRONG ROOM # ON MY DEPOSIT MONEY. The male clerk thought I put the deposit on a credit card until I tol'd him she made me go get cash bc they can't take my card (he was even confused) bc the reservation was on a card....sooo check in AND check out were VERY VERY FRUSTRATING and ruined the trip for me & my boyfriend. The facility needs to make it known to booking .com that they require only credit cards. The fact that they didn't make it known until arrival was VERY inconvenient and cost me ATM withdrawal charges as well. Will not book with this hotel again!!!

The sheets were very rough and when I complained I was told there was nobody from housekeeping still working that I could change my own sheets. I asked her why she couldn’t change them and was told she had to cover the desk and she had a baby. I asked for a discount and was told they couldn’t discount because I booked through booking.com. I could get a full refund and just leave. The water was extremely brown and nasty. The metal frame of the bed bonged when you moved on it. The soap dispenser was as far away from the sink as it could be and the soap dispenser in the tub was only reachable if you were standing.

We didn’t see any breakfast so my husband asked and was told about the only place around for breakfast was Daylight Doughnuts down the street.

I checked in and never went to room and I had to go back home , something came up ,, I have stayed there many times for last 5 years. I ask if I could get a rain check or something and she said no way !! very short with me !! I said thank you for trying to help me !!
