I didn't like there only being one elevator.

The breakfast area can be a popular place. Good breakfast with several options both cold and hot. The staff is super nice. Indoor pool was clean and towels restocked throughout the day. It was cold in the lobby and theres only one elevator but thoes are my only issues.

The room did not have any USB connections for phone charging or IT set up. Wifi was available and used. The furnishings in the room were a little outdated and could be upgraded to "modern times".

My sister uses a walker and couldn't get up from the toilet without assistance. I was able to use the luggage holder beside the stool, between the toilet and shower and she could use the top for support. Maybe have taller toilets or have rails available for non-handicapped rooms?? Do you have some rooms with a tub? Might be nice for those who still prefer a tub bath. I wish breakfast was until 10a.m. for those of us who like to sleep late. There wasn't any Kleenex. The box was empty. For us old people with poor eyesight, better lighting would be nice. Even with all the lights on, the room was a little dark. These are suggestions. All in all, the room was ok and we did make it to breakfast once! The positives outweighed the negatives.

The location of the room, the mini fridge, the beds, cleanliness,. I really liked the phone call before we arrived to check whether we wanted a king or two queens. The man on the phone was very friendly. Also the man who checked us in was very nice and friendly.(maybe the same person)

Their pipes had a loud ringing sound so from 8-10pm and 8-10am when everyone was taking showers, there was a high pitched ringing sound that did not stop. They also ran out of milk early on in the breakfast.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

We arrived at the hotel close to 9pm, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting about 10 minutes there were 5 families waiting to check in. I called the hotel line to tell someone there were a lot of people waiting and was hung up on. After about 20 min total of waiting someone came to check everyone in. Once we were checked in, we were given a room that already had someone in it so my kids and husband and I walked in on a person laying in bed already. We were given a new room but my kids spent most of the night afraid we were going to get walked in on as well. In the morning when my husband approached the manager on duty, they told him if we were unhappy we could just check out. Not great customer service, people sitting around us at the breakfast area were shocked that was the response to our issues. Breakfast was also lacking and coffee was pretty much straight water. We did end up checking out and going down the street to the Springhill Suites and had a wonderful experience.
