Saw spider webs at corner walls of my room, the walls are thin so I could clearly hear the people next door. My only two complaints but the stay was rather good.

It just seemed like the walls were paper thin - the guests next store were coughing loudly all night and it sounded like they were in the room or right outside the door.

Hotel did not match the hype some reviews described. Breakfast was slightly different than shown. Not a hot breakfast but had some variety. Coffee wasn’t really good, very watery. Hallways had a strange smell.

Comfortable beds, staff were friendly. Pretty quiet overall! If you’re looking to stay a few days, this should be good. There are some restaurants that are near that you can go to or have food delivered.

For the price...really nothing. It is fully understood that a hot breakfast cannot be expected at the bargain rate of Days Inn. The only disappointment was the coffee. It seemed very watery. I prefer a bolder coffee.

For many, many years we, my brother and I, would stay at the Extended Stay in Budd Lake. Our mother was living in an assisted living community in Mount Olive, so we wanted a place to stay nearby. The Days Inn is so much cleaner and quieter than the Extended Stay.

Staff and location

It was affordable, very comfortable. Bed room was okay, AC was really cold which my boyfriend loved. The only thing is there was a rude staff members in the afternoon shift. He managed to give me and my boyfriend attitude and hanged up on my Bf after he wanted to confirm our reservation. I told him off because you just don’t do that , specially if I’m paying for a room. Won’t be coming back because of that and difficulty driving there.

Breakfast is poor, despite the scarcity of breakfast, there is a guy who works there, he introduced himself as Kim, but this may not be true, as he constantly provides incorrect information and then he can change back what he said in his favor. A very greedy type who sits and counts how much you ate and how much water, tea you drank, I will tell you this is not very pleasant, we have never felt so disadvantaged .... So it would be possible to put 10k for the hotel, but he spoils everything, thinking about him, he doesn’t even want to return to this hotel ...

I liked almost everything, very clean, cleaning on time, no foreign smells, we will definitely be back…

The carpet was old and dirty. They should replace it. They chair was frayed and old. I was reluctant to sit in it. The tub had a strong stream leak that stained the tub. I reported it immediately. The manager came in to look at it and said he would send someone to fix it. That never happened in the 3 days I was there. The flow of water from the sink was very poor. The entrance was on the highway 46. A 50 mph road. Difficult to enter and exit the narrow entrance. There were traffic cones in the parking lot forcing cars to maneuver in narrow space around them. They were covering holes in the parking lot. At my departure the girl at the desk was in her pajamas. I asked for a receipt. I was very shocked to see that each night had a different rate. from $70 on Wednesday night to $180 on Friday.

The room was pretty clean. Except for the carpeting and the chair.

Being from the country, we aren't used to the sounds of ciry traffic while we sleep, but it wasn't bad.

We were in town for a wedding. All we needed was a clean and safe room for two nights. The comfy bed and nice bathroom met all our needs. We didn't eat the complimentary breakfast because we have special dietary needs.

I have stayed at this property in the past. This will most likely be my last stay here…had to take an antihistamine to help my burning eyes due to the heavy cigarette smoke in the hallway outside my no-smoking room, and stuffed a towel at the door to keep the smoke out.
