How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Memory foam beds were great , as was the complementary massage chairs in the lobby ,. Food was no frills but very good quality. Only 7 min in uber from broadway 👍

It would be nice to have a lounge at the hotel but not a deal breaker.
I had low expectations because "Best Western" is an economy type hotel and I usually pick a more expensive style. I was pleasantly surprised . The staff were friendly and there were extras provided that not only saved money, but made the stay more enjoyable. Grabbing a complimentary Latte in the morning and also the complimentary breakfast. The free massage chairs were a big hit with our group. Location is ok, walking distance to the Gulch but a bit of a hike to Broadway- although still manageable for our group. We did not have children with us ,but there was a games table and foosball table- management thinks of everything.

Didn’t answer their phone or it wasn’t working We had some really rude and loud young probably drunk people right near us and kept us awake most of the night some on Friday and mostly saturday night

Nothing everything was perfect 😊
The breakfast was fantastic a big variety of food choices !! The omelet lady makes a delicious omelet. There were vending machines and ice makers on every floor. On main floor the hotel offered complimentary hot drinks of your choice as well as cold drinks. As soon as u walk through the hotel doors u will see how stunning it is!!!! U will not be disappointed 😊

The room was not visited by the cleaning staff on our second day. The flush on the toilet was poor.

Reception staff were efficient Junior members were very friendly but seniors were abrupt and not customer focused.

We loved having the ability to walk to Downtown to experience the music, food and crazy crowds.....without being in the middle of the noisy action. The breakfast is awesome with plenty of choices including freshly made omelets. Parking is much less than any other hotel. Altogether, a great value for a nice hotel in the thick of things in Nashville.

Close to downtown but far enough away it was quiet. Free breakfast was good. All Staff was friendly. Rooms appear updated and they were clean and comfortable. Also, cheapest place for on site parking!

Breakfast hrs. could be a little earlier, especially when leaving and heading north (time change) we got moving before breakfast was available. Not hotels fault, a quick grab of a breakfast bar for early checkout would be a great addition
Nice location only approximately 1.2 miles from Ole Red and Kid Rocks' bar. (Easy Uber pickup and drop off) Great little pizza joint 1 block from hotel.

The decor is old and it shows. There was a strong draft from the window. The remote was wonky with odd incremental numbers. It’s a decent location, but you should be prepared to walk.
The location was ok. The breakfast had a good selection including an omelette station. Plenty of towels.

* loud AC * thin walls, I can hear the toilet flush from the next room, and people talking in the hallway
