We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bed was not good quality sitting on a metal frame felt like I was on a cot for camping The room was very outdated it had not been thoroughly cleaned because the countertop in the bathroom was nasty with residue from previous people We were excited about the hot breakfast however there was nothing there there around 8 o'clock when we went down to get something they were putting some more out but it was very limited choice not like other Hotel breakfast. So we ended up having to go purchase breakfast at a nearby restaurant when I always take that into account when booking my room that it is included which is a happy but not in this case

United StatesDirty, smoke smelling room. No elevator. Steep, dangerous staircase. Mold in bathroom along ceiling. Bed creaky, awful pillows. I can handle a pretty rough place but this was just gross. I would have canceled if I could’ve obtained a refund prior to check in. Not at all what I anticipated. Not happy.

United StatesThere was a truck 2 doors down running an extension cord from the truck into the hotel room. Not sure what that was about. Also door to room has big cracks in it and let in all kind of light, also the TV had no instructions and we could not figure it out. Us older non tech people need instructions. We could not fall asleep so we left around 11 pm and just drove home.
The location was great. Plenty of restaurants in the area. It is pet friendly that is why we booked it.

United StatesThe front desk staff. Homeless people allowed to dwell on property grounds and eat in same dining room as paying guests. Manager R. McFarland unwarranted refusal to cancel and persistent act to decline my attempt to extend my stay. She was very impersonal and very rude towards me. She was absolutely unreasonable and conducted herself in a very militant and unprofessional manner towards me which caused me a great amount of anxiety. Manager McFarland even threatened to call the Sheriff if I did not vacate the property although I had a confirmed reservation. However, she personally refused our stay after I asked her why was she harassing me and not the homeless allowed to roam around on the property.
I liked all other personnel, EXCEPT the front desk staff.

United StatesThere are no elevators so if you have someone in a wheelchair(which we did) you have to ask for a 1st floor room & they charge you an upgrade fee to be on the 1st floor, they also did not do housekeeping for the extended stays, you had to leave your trash & linens outside your door for them to get the. go to the front for new(not sure if this is how they are all of the time or if it was because of Mardi Gras)

United StatesThe male employee creep that would walk by the room and stare into the room! Very, very creepy! The floors were so filthy when I showered the water running off my feet was black! The floor was gritty and disgusting. Had to empty own trash, find housekeeping to get clean towels. Not impressed.
Breakfast was the same every day. We were on the first floor as requested. The staff tried to be helpful, except for the creep that would walk by the room and stare into the room! Very, very creepy!

Day of arrival front desk day guy said room being held is on 2nd floor..for extra charge can change! Emailed him confirmation and it was not honored. After 12 hrs of rain and construction was not in mood to change. Ended paying extra for 1st floor and front desk night female almost scared us away with DOG RULES..OMG there was dog poop all over. And, something in room kept biting me (??)
