We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Best Western in Westminster was a quiet location, rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was more than we expected! We were allocated a Disabled Accessible room with a large bed!

United StatesThe room smells moldy and dirty. The room must be cleaned more carefully. It smells extremely moldy like old clothes that have not been touched for years. There’s no noise cancellation and our upstairs neighbors seemed to stay up all night, so they made noise all night long.

United StatesI had asked housekeeping on a note I believe Friday to just empty the trash and replace the towels until I left at the end of my four days day.. they did empty the trash that day, however, the following day my trash cans were overflowing, and they never did replenish the towels although I had enough to get through… The management was great, and I appreciated the eye he kept on the property… Possibly it could’ve been a language difficulty for the housekeeper? Not sure.
They kept the surrounding drama around the location with homeless encampments just up the street away from the hotel…
