Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe rooms were outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. The shower was rough…The pillows were tiny on a king bed which just made no sense. It was very loud throughout the night and the value (we paid just about $400 for the night) was absolutely not worth the cost.
It was beautiful and well landscaped. The hot tub was really nice as well. Staff were friendly!

United StatesWe were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn't open, but the pool area was very pleasant and comfortable. I would also like to suggest better lighting for the bathroom. It was very difficult for us to do our makeup in there.
This is a good location (about 10 minutes away from downtown Santa Barbara). The room was very comfortable for me and my daughters. I like that it had a mini-fridge as well as a microwave for our convenience. The coffee maker was great too! The ironing board and the iron came in very handy, and I appreciated having those available.
