We thought we'd splurge and get a really nice room after a week on the road. At $200+ thought we found one. My mother is disabled and cannot do stairs or walk very far. We requested a room with no stairs and a short walk. WE GOT THE OPPOSITE. There were only 2 rooms further down from ours on the third floor furthest from the elevator. For the past week at every place we've stayed (smaller and older) they've been accommodating. BUT NOT THIS ONE. Guess when you're a large hotel you don't have to be kind. Don't know about breakfast as it is too far for my mother to walk as it's in the other building.

Quick service and we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly and they were great about it.

I have stayed at many Best Westerns. This had the best breakfast, easily. Also, the staff person in charge of the breakfast area was very sweet and told jokes.

The room felt too congested and smelt gross, the beds weren't comfortable at all and there was too much noise above us all night. The breakfast selection wasn't very good and not much of the food even tasted good. The staff that was there the next morning wasn't very nice and told us to leave our room keys on the counter and she'd get us checked out when she had time if we didn't need a receipt. It was a pretty crappy stay and the cost of the room for one night was definitely too much for what we received on our stay.

The swimming pool, hot tub, and the staff that was there when we arrived were the only good parts about our stay everything else wasn't very good at all.

This was the worst experience I have every had with the manager Jamie was super unprofessional hanging up on me multiple time and lying saying we trashed the room when all that was left was garbage from take out food or drinks but I put it together it was not scattered since we stayed two nights and they wanted to charge and extra cleaning fee but the room that I got was dirty in the top of the bed head board it was super dusty and on top of the picture frames and when we pulled out the coach bed there was crumbs from prev people so I would recommend you take picture before you leave so they don’t say you “trashed the room” and they said they had pictures and when I asked to see them they said they couldn’t show me unless I got a lawyer.

The hotel had a bad odor, elevator did also. Our room had a bad smell to it. Not happy, hard time falling asleep because of the odor.

We loved it. Everything was great wish the pool was open 24 hours like it used to be other than that the restaurants everything nearby were great we just love spending time there I don't know if we will choose another motel but for now or very satisfied

I was awoken early in the morning by my room's smoke detector. It turned out to be a leak in the roof, requiring me to change rooms. I discovered later that this was a known issue and that other rooms on the third / top floor were also affected, as was the third floor hallway. Hotel staff took action to address the water, but a musty smell lingered for the remainder of my stay. The WIFI was alright, but would periodically disconnect following periods of inactivity. Therefore, alerts from incoming messages, emails etc., were not arriving.

The location is convenient to the in-town INL site. The breakfast was diverse and tasty.
