I chose this hotel for my daughter so she could swim and unwind before her cheer competition and the pool was down so she couldn’t use it.

I received message that they would try to get room ready a little before 3 pm. I called and was told no early check in. Before I could ask she hung up. After we arrived there was no towels and just a small amount of toilet paper. We went out and picked up both. The tv closest to bed did not work. I told front desk. Someone did look at , but it was broken for the next two days. Very large and loud family took over the front lobby and unfortunately were in the room above us and loud until around 2 am each night.

Very clean and laid out well. Suites are nice and roomy. Very good breakfast with friendly and helpful breakfast staff.

the bed sheets were tattered and so stained that it was truly disgusting. both beds in room were stained! the shower curtain was literally hanging on by strings

there was little to like sadly, there were only like 8 parking spots for the hotel so you have park far away and in front of a different hotel

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious and included several hot options. The staff was always friendly. Yes there are only a few parking spots, but there is an empty lot very close by and another Best Western next door with ample parking. We stayed multiple days and had zero issues or complaints.

The property was in a pretty convenient location for needing easy access to downtown. I liked that a hot breakfast is offered but there are signs mentioning gluten free options available upon request and despite me checking with the front desk staff for three days in a row, there never actually were gluten free options available. The staff kept telling me to check back the next day but then the next day, they still hadn’t purchased GF options. I’d rather have them not have the sign up than to promise something that they can’t (or won’t!) deliver! My main issue with this hotel was the cleanliness (or rather, lack thereof) and the rudeness of the front desk staff. I found several hairs in the shower and on the toilet that weren’t ours and when I mentioned this to the front desk staff member, she said that she could do nothing to help me and that the hotel manager would call me. This manager never actually called. After three or four phone calls to the property, I finally spoke with someone who identified herself as the assistant manager but she said that she could not offer us a discount or any compensation on the room because we’d booked through booking.com, which seems pretty suspect to me. Overall, I travel frequently and stay in many hotels but would not recommend this one.

It was so pleasant really. The darker exterior of the facility belied the bright almost fairy tale interior.

Very interesting horse themed art in the entry way and breakfast area, modernized with clean line decor, open and spacious. Really sweet young man working the front desk.
