Disappointed that the pool wasn't available & the shower head wouldn't adjust and seemed set for a 6'5" person...didnt fit us.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was also a little bit small.

I've always liked this location. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is also friendly. They give smiles and say hi. I love the indoor pool. It stays open until 11pm which is always great for my daughter since we don't usually get to our hotels between 830pm and 930pm

Only one washing machine and dryer that wasn't very efficient, especially for how much it cost. The detergent machine was marked $1, however it was empty. The guy on the desk charged us $2 per packet.

The breakfast was a huge letdown. There was no hot breakfast, basically just cups of cereal.

The beds were comfortable and our room was clean. The front desk staff was very nice. Loved that there was a grocery store right across the street.

The hallways were muggy and hot. Upon arrival we turned on the AC in our room. Even by the 2nd night it was too warm in our room for our sleeping comfort.

Bathroom floor wasn't cleaned, bathroom toilet/shower very yellowed/dated, bed was not very comfortable

We stay at this property every year. This year we were put in a room next to the guest laundry. Our beds shook until 10:30pm After traveling all day we had already unpacked and showered. The property was full Why did this property go up $200? I am a Best Western points card holder but it was cheaper tbruy Booking.com And the air conditioner thumped all night We will not stay here again

As I was climbing into the sheets I noticed black grease like marks on the top and bottom sheet. I’m hoping they were clean and just didn’t wash out, but the fact that they matched marks was a little concerning.

Comfortable beds and good location! Easy access back on route 84. The hot breakfast, while not fully back, was good!

Not a lot of food places around it. Needs more food establishments close by. Needs easy access out to roads...Had to go up and turn around at the light, unless I wanted to break the law. The pool area was extremely hot. Could barely sit in there to watch the kids swim. Bottom of the pool looked dirty and was super rough, to where it tore up the bottoms of the kids feet.

The pond area with the fish was cool for the kids. Easy to find. Clean. Breakfast was great. Hot. Well stocked. Nice and sound proof rooms,did not hear any noise from other rooms especially the rooms above ours. Staff was helpful and very courteous.

The bed was never changed. I had to ask for linen daily. We had the sign on door to clean. Came back in the afternoon when the staff was leaving. Still not done. Maintenance was going to come clean the room. I appreciate the offer.

The breakfast staff was great . Daily had a change of hot options. Fresh hot coffee. The location was fantastic. Easy to access the freeway and get around town

They didn't have power. I paid for a hotel with no power and then a fire alarm went off for 30mins. Terrible experience.

the doors are super noisy when opening and shutting. Some people checked in next to me during the early hours and were constantly opening and shutting the doors and talking loud in the hallway. I couldn't sleep.

I came during a blackout of 5 hours but the desk lady was as helpful as possible. Bed was great, room was clean. It was a convenient location.
